Reporting in the Calendly-Salesforce integration provides critical insights, helping you optimize scheduling and improve customer interactions. It also plays a key role in identifying missing data, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

You can run reports on any of the Calendly objects. We recommend keeping track of the imported data by referencing the Calendly Action tab.

Here's a guide for how to create a CalendlyAction tab.

The CalendlyAction tab can be helpful for locating events that are sent to Salesforce; the default view may only display the CalendlyAction event that occurred - whether it was invitee.created or invitee.canceled - but if you modify the Fields that are displayed (from the cog icon next to the Search this list... field) you can include Invitee Name, Invitee Email, etc. to see more details about the events were pushed to Salesforce.

We suggest adding the Created Date column to easily sort by newest or oldest records.

Another way to run reports on events is to use the Report Builder

  1. Navigate to Home ->Reports -> New Report

  1. In Create Report, search for CalendlyAction object. Note: If it’s missing from the list, you likely don’t have permissions to view the object or the object needs Reports Enabled:
  • Go to Setup > Object Manager > CalendlyAction
  • Click on Edit
  • At the bottom under Optional Features, check Allow Reports and Save it

  1. After the report is created, you can add columns to view such as created date or invitee email. Click Refresh on the report to see a sample:
