If you haven’t spent much time exploring Calendly lately, you may not have discovered Calendly Contacts — here’s a quick intro!Calendly Contacts is a simple way to keep your relationship details, meeting history, and follow-ups in one place. If you’re tired of hunting through email threads for context, updating spreadsheets or other tools manually, or trying to remember who to follow up with (and when), Contacts can help. How it worksEvery time someone books time with you via Calendly, a new contact profile is created with their name, email, and phone number (if available). You can also manually add contacts or import contacts from a CSV (rolling out now). The best part: contact profiles grow over time. As you meet and interact, Contacts builds an up-to-date view of every relationship — including contact details, meeting history (plus Notetaker recaps if you have access), and upcoming meetings. You can even book a new meeting or share your availability via email right from a contact’s prof

I sell sessions in packs — a client buys 10, then books them one at a time over a few months. Last week I genuinely lost track of whether one client had 2 or 3 sessions left in her pack, and ended up just giving her the extra one rather than get into it.I found the "Offering a Series or Package of Events" thread (now closed for replies) — the redirect/daisy-chain workaround is great for pushing someone straight to their next booking, but it doesn't seem to track how many they've got left if they're not booking every session back-to-back.For anyone selling packs on Calendly: how are you actually keeping count day to day? A separate spreadsheet next to Calendly? A different tool altogether? Curious what's actually working versus what people gave up on.

When copying my event links, Calendly used to show in my Outlook emails as a box with graphics. Now it is just a text link. How can I make it go back to the box?

(FAQs & Troubleshooting)Body:Hi everyone! 👋Managing daily schedule and avoiding burnout is crucial when handling multiple Calendly event types. How, and when, are Zoom links delivered for scheduled appointments
Just today, July 15th, when I scheduled one of my students, it said they needed to verify a number sent via text message. I schedule for my students when they aren’t present - they ask for a meeting and I set it up on my end. This means I can’t be verifying text messages. If I do NOT verify it, it says they won’t receive text reminders for the meeting. I need them to receive these - no one reads emails. I saw this: https://calendly.com/help/how-to-send-text-messages-with-workflowsHow can I make sure students still get text reminders if I can’t do the verification each time. Is it EACH TIME? That feels insane to me.
When a new appointment comes in from Calendly, I keep the meeting that Calendly places on my Outlook calendar, but I update the title based on additional information and add internal contacts as needed to the meeting. I then send the new version of the meeting invitation to all who need to attend. This has worked perfectly for a few years. However, this morning, my title edits and additition invitees disappeared and I got an email starting with :Updated: : and then the original meeting title. The email has the original email details and ends with: “Rescheduled by (my name)Reason - Updated from connected calendar event”How can I prevent Calendly from updating the meeting event on my calendar once I make modifications?
I ran into a problem with Guest option not being removable for invitee details and then I found this topic from 25 September 2025 posted by @Ceridwen44675 @Sean Marlin you confirmed this is a bug in the comments (30 September 2025) and the topic is now closed to replies. This bug is blocking me from using Calendly to plan group events, both online and onsite.I tested it out and meeting details were sent to the added email addresses and the limit count on the number of attendees was not reduced. The email sent was as though they had signed up for the event with all the Zoom details. With two guests added via guest emails for one registration, max 25 attendees was updated to 24 available, however each of guest emails have all the details to join the online call. Now looking for an alternative way of managing this event.I was also going to setup a paid onsite event this way, this raises two concerns:the venue has a limit on how many people can fit in the room for health and safety (n
My Google Calendar connection is working, but one secondary Google calendar named “Ted Avery,” owned by my connected Google account, does not appear under “Calendars to check for conflicts” or “Calendar to add events to.” Other secondary calendars from the same Google account do appear. I disconnected/reconnected Google and granted Calendly the requested full Calendar permissions, but “Ted Avery” is still missing.
Hi all, apologies because I know this has been asked before, and I promise I’ve read every help topic/post I can find, both in the forums here and on Google at large!I work for a small community college in central North Carolina, but since we are an Army family, we’re currently stationed in Hawaii. Most, but probably not all, of my students are on the East Coast, so they’re operating in EST, while I am in HST. I have been using Calendly for years without any issue (that I’m aware of!) but yesterday a student made an appt for me for 11:45am EST, but his email confirmation read “Thanks for making your appt with Mary at 5:45 HST!” and he texted me in a panic thinking he had to get up at 5:45am to meet with me. If this has been happening with other appointees previously, literally NO ONE has ever mentioned it!I want to ensure that no student, parent, or other appointee ever sees a reference to HST or Hawaii in my Calendly communications with them; it’s not a secret that I live and work fro

I have a free account and see that my calendar only extends to early October
When people book on one of my separate calendar appointments it doesn't update my other calendar appointment options I have. Is there a setting that will auto update all my Calendly appt. bookings to block that time off?
I used Calendly to schedule a customer call with my google work calendar. I selected Google Meet as the meeting type from Calendly. Once in the meeting, I had Google Gemini in the Google Meet start taking meeting notes. After the meeting I am unable to access the meeting notes. The meeting notes were not emailed to me, they are not in google drive and I have no way of accessing them. After much research, I am unable to find a way to get these meeting notes since Calendly set up the meeting. It is critical that I recover these meeting notes. Thank you!
I use Google Calendar and integrate with Calendly. I’m aware of the settings for creating a maximum number of meetings per day, week, or month through Calendly. But, does that take into account the meetings already on my calendar scheduled through Google, Zoom, or other external sources? Example: I already have a recurring team meeting, a meeting with a client, and a personal call on my Google Calendar for Tuesday. I’ve set my maximum number of meetings per day on Calendly to 3. Someone uses my Calendly link to schedule time with me, but I already have 3 meetings on my Google Calendar. Will it say I’m unavailable that day, or does it not recognize non-Calendly-made meetings?
what is rate limiting as a reason for our paid account to be running slow
Calendly is asking for a text verification code from the invitee after i book someone, if i click skip and don't do the text verification, the workflows WONT WORK. I depend on Calendly heavily and had two appointments today not get reminders and i was not able to run cause they forgot. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and it is COSTING ME MONEY.
How can I get ACTUAL HELP from this site? I've emailed support, submitted a ticket on the website, tried the live chat, cleared my cache, tried Chrome and Explorer and ZERO response and nothing that the website or chat have recommended works! How can I get human help. Requesting from a paying account.
Hi everyone,I'm hoping to learn how others are handling this.I own a professional organizing and productivity business, and many of my clients have ADHD or other executive functioning challenges. As part of my service, I frequently schedule appointments for clients while we're together, rather than asking them to complete the booking themselves.I recently discovered that although SMS reminders are enabled for my event type, they won't send unless the invitee has completed Calendly's SMS consent flow.I completely understand why consent requirements exist. My question is about the workflow. In my case, removing that automatic reminder creates additional friction for exactly the population I'm trying to support. The reminder isn't marketing. It's an accessibility support that helps clients remember appointments.A few questions:How are other businesses handling this? Has anyone built a reliable workaround using Twilio, Zapier, or another SMS provider? Has anyone found a good workflow when t
