We have clients who don’t use email but do have a phone number. I would like to request that Calendly give us the option to make the phone number the required field, instead of the email address, as is the case with some other booking programs. This is a barrier for some of our clients.

Hello,Enterprise level plan user as a school. We have multiple different employees and student employees that do not need a Calendly account but need access to the appointment info. Currently that is being done daily via a person exporting the data for multiple people and updating a shared excel spreadsheet. I know this is ludicrous and can be done automatically but I can’t figure out how. Zapier? Looking for ideas. Using AI is out of the question due to handling student data and federal regulations. Thanks. 

Hello!I noticed that country auto-detection no longer works in Routing Forms.I’m based in Spain for example, and when I access the following URL, the USA phone code (+1) is chosen by default:https://calendly.com/d/cvgf-n8j-5phI’m not 100% sure, but I would say Calendly used to detect the user’s country and pre-select that country’s phone code automatically.If that’s not possible, it would be great if Calendly let you choose the default phone code. Because for example, in my case it doesn’t make sense the default pre-selected option is US.Thanks!

I’m finding the Calendly app non intuitive.difficult to understand and execute.  now I would like to create an opportunity to connect over a three day schedule at a trade show. I researched this in ChatGPT  - there is nothing on the app that leads me to understand how to do this.  I want to link Calendly on my website

Attached is the banner I am trying to use, it is 1200px x 600px which is the only dimensions I could find for the Branding  However, it does not fill the space available on the booking pageI cannot for the life of me work out what I am doing wrong. Hello, I have a question about the standard plan. I have and use two different google calendars in my position (one for support and one for sales). I want to add both of them in my calendly and I saw that with the standard plan I can add 6 calendars.So it’s just one person, but the calendars have different open slots for support and sales. Do I need to buy two seats to manage different hours and wait time? 

Hello!Can I change the reply-to address of my workflow emails?I don’t mind they are sent from [removed by moderator] I just want that, if someone replies, their message goes to our general support email (something like [removed by moderator] ) or to the email of the sales representative that the event got assigned too, in the case of a Round-Robin Event.I was searching but I didn’t find a good way to do it :/Any ideas?Thanks,Ángel.-

My schedule is clear, a client books an appointment and it says there is a time conflict. When I look at the time conflict for that appointment, it lists that new appointment as the time conflict with itself.  The clients do not receive any notifications that they ever booked that appointment even though they booked it themselves in one of my available time slots.  The workflows are set up, the notifications are turned on, their emails are correct, it doesn’t go to their spam folders. I have a feeling it all comes back to that weird time conflict the appointment has with itself. Please Help. No one has figured it out yet.

I want to create a pre-call email sequence in Calendly, to prepare prospects for the sales call.To do that, my plan is to create a Workflow with several emails that are sent a T-X hours before the call.For example: Email 1: 43 hours before the call Email 2: 36 hours before the call … Email 9: 1 hour before the callMy question is what happens if someone reschedules.Imagine a lead reschedules 2 hour before the call because something came up, and the new date is 3 days later…Will he receive the whole sequence of emails again?

After selecting a time slot and filling out the whole form, Calendly told her that the selected time was no longer available (because another user booked it right at the same time).When this happened, she was sent back, but then had to fill out the entire form again. I recently rescheduled a meeting but I didn’t receive a confirmation in email.  I didn’t have an account when rescheduled the appointment so I wonder if there is a way to check the appointment with an email address.

I have a workflow for a group event that sends an email that includes the total invitee count. However, the number displaying (37) is higher than the actual limit set on the meeting (35 attendees). The invitees count number also doesn't add up to the amount of cancellations on the event either. Why is it displaying something higher and how can I ensure that the workflow is sending the correct number?

Hi, I’m sure you get asks like this a lot.  I wanted to provide my use case.I currently offer paid group sessions via Zoom, up to four students each time slot.  There’s no sense of a “cohort” in these sessions, so Calendly is offering a lot of flexibility for folks to sign up one week but not another, or to change slots to accommodate their scheduling needs without involving me.  That’s all working great for many of my customers.  Thank you!There’s another set of customers who really wants to have their calendar figured out months in advance.  They want to pre-register and are willing to pre-pay for probably 15-18 meetings at once within certain time ranges.  They want to lock their seat for that time slot down in advance.  They don’t want to click and do a workflow for every time slot in the date range --and I agree they shouldn’t have to.I would love to see a multi-session booking workflow that I can offer them that lets them select a time window and then book

Outlook is not syncing to my personal microsoft email account - i have already troubleshooted via the BOT and have been waiting ages for a human to connect with me to support resolving this issue.  Any tips beyond the obvious troubleshooting please - the connected calendar IS the right email account (I do have another email account which is a work account but that is not the calendar which is on the linked account under connections).  Any advice greatly appreciated

I am a longtime user of Calendly (3+ years) and would like to BEG that a recurring meeting feature be offered to users on the client-facing end. I am a voice teacher and use Calendly to schedule recurring lessons that happen at the same time every week or every other for each student. Currently, I do all the scheduling myself because it takes so long to sign up for each individual session that I find clients don't do it and I lose business. Instead, I lose that time exponentially more so because I am doing this for my 25+ clients and then have to complete captchas because Calendly thinks I am a bot. Other platforms like acuity:scheduling offer this feature but I would really like to keep everything on Calendly since I overall like the features. It would be so much easier to be able to allow clients to select a recurring time and the frequency (every week, every other week, every month, etc.) on their end. Can meeting notes be auto added to contacts with the relevant meeting added as a tag or something so that we can get a better overview of the client relationship history?Some meetings lead to other meetings and over time notes from each meeting become harder and harder to find - but if meeting notes to auto added to the client it would be a simple matter to open the contact and catch-up on where they were at the last meeting and be best prepared for the next one. Does this query make sense? Not sure I’m in the right category for this question either...Really hope this is something that can be done within Calendly.
