I am not receiving email booking confirmation. Can you assist please?

H, all of a sudden calendly are no longer sending me booking confirmation notifications/emails. This has happened since late October. Yet, I receive all other emails from calendly such as product updates and login confirmations. Your email is on the ‘safety’ list, and there has been no firewall/network block on your email. Instead, I now find out via Zoom and Stripe automations when i have a booking via their apps. Not good. Please advise as your customer service ‘contact us’ portal is noticeably down. Thank you

I am not receiving booking notifications

Calendly started sending notifications of meeting bookings to junk. So I have added notifications@calendly.com and @calendly.com to my safe list. However, I now no longer receive any email notification of scheduling at all.How can I fix this? Today I have had no emails in junk, inbox or any other folder of 5 meetings that have been booked.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Remove "Powered by Calendly" branding from router form

Hi,I am on a team plan, and I tried all the suggestions in this thread but can not get rid of Calendly’s advertisement from appearing on my routiing form.Context: the routing form is inline embedded into a Webflow page.GDPR banner is set to one and variations within the HTML/CSS of “branding: false” do nothing.Yes, I have cleared the cache and cookies to test the results.How do I remove the “Powered By Calendly” banner?Again - we pay to not advertise for calendly and our inabillity t do so haas me considering other service providers.

2 Calendars overbooking

I have a 30 minute and 45 minute calendly that are set to a max meeting of 4 a day, yet they don’t read each other-- so I can have four 30 minutes and four  45 minute bookings and feel overwhelmed. Other days it is fine and more sparse. Is there a way to fix this?

About Cloning and not having (clone) come up in participants text messages

Hi, I accidentally canceled an event with participants in it. Why isn’t there a warning button or a way to go back a rectify this? That was frustrating! So, I “cloned” the event, changed the URL, as stated by this forum, BUT the work “clone” still comes up in each person’s confirmation text messages.How do I make certain that the word “clone” is not seen. I’ve erased it everywhere, but it still comes through. I have refreshed many times and beta tested, but still nothing changes.  Please assist me. Thank you

Powered by Calendly cannot be turned off

I see the closed thread. I have it disabled. But it still shows. On every browser, on every machine, on every device. We are on a professional plan. It doesn’t make any sense.

How to retrieve people info from event schedules that are changed

We’ve been trying to use Calendly to schedule classes that frequently need to adjust class times for, but as of a certain date in the future.  So people will be booked for a class at 4:30pm through i.e 12/15, but we need to change that class time to 5 pm as of 12/1. (There are people already signed up for the 4:30 pm time we don’t want to loose).How do you update the calendar invite for the events on 12/1 & beyond WITHOUT LOSING EVERYONE THAT’S ALREADY SIGNED UP at the earlier time? We want to reach out and reschedule those folks. Instead it seems like if you adjust the schedule time, those already scheduled disappear from Calendly all together. How do we retrieve people’s info who were signed up for classes beyond the 12/1 date at the 430pm time so we can re-scheduled them at the new time, if someone updated the event time, not realizing the update is immediate and wipes whatever was there before?There’s got to be a way to find the people info. Help please.

I would like to send out all open dates to my vendor list so they can choose and book their own session time. The schedule would be alternate Wednesdays at one specific time.

Why does my Calendly keep cancelling meetings for a particular person?

HelloFor just one person who has a Gmail account my Calendly (free version) keeps automatically cancelling his events he schedules. It’s getting to be frustrating.Is there something either me (the person with the Calendly instance) or the person scheduling (the person who schedules the event on my Calendar) is doing wrong?Thanks for any help you can provide.

I have 25 calendly events and have to click “Show more” every time in order to see all of them. Is there a way to freeze the expanded view to avoid having to click “Show more” every time I return to the home page?

the choice of the client between 2 different users and schedules

Hi, I’d like to have 2 users with 2 different schedules and 2 different zoom accounts because those 2 users can have meetings at the same time with 2 different clients. Is it possible?The 2 users work for the same project and I (administrator) I’d like to share just 1 link with clients who want to take an appointment, so they can choose which user they want to have a meeting with.

Outlook invitation not including all event information

Hi team,My team relies on the outlook invitation for all information needed when contacting a client.The event info such as the invitee’s phone number isn’t coming through and I am unable to find where this information is. It is coming through in the host’s email about the meeting, but this means going back to that email for every client contact. How does this information not flow through to the outlook invite? Thanks

Generating Single-Use Links

Is there a way to generate a one time, use link, for each time I send out the calendly invite? We use another service to take payments. So I just need to send a link for scheduling, but I don’t want people to be able to use the same link over and over to get free appointments. Thank you

Availability not showing up on scheduling calendar.

Some changes to availability are not reflected in my scheduling calendar. I tried to make a couple of hours available on Sundays and it’s not showing up. Active events are set correctly. If I make changes to other days, they show up, but it won’t show Sunday availability. There are no conflicting events in my synched calendar.  There are no date overrides.

End-user trying to sync O365 calendar - token error

I have a user who is receiving the following error when trying to sync the Calendly. I found documentation for how a user can find their plug-in key, but 1) as I walked through the process it appears the video’s navigation of the site is outdated, as I could not find the same areas in the same manner, and 2) I still could not find a plug-in key, so I wasn’t sure if it was needed for O365 accounts. Also I am unable to access this key as an admin for my employees, and am unsure if that’s by design.

I’ve been using Calendly for a couple of years and never needed Admin rights to set up a connection to my calendar. Now suddenly Calendly or Microsoft is requiring this. How do I resolve this?“We couldn’t add the Microsoft Teams meeting link to your scheduled Calendly event.”

 Standard Paid plan. Calendly branding is turned off.Booking events still have “Powered by Calendly” in the upper right corner. Meeting invite emails to contacts still say “Powered by Calendly”.

How can I prevent timewasters booking appointments?

Over the last few months I’ve had the same person (a local stranger) book 10 different in-person appointments in my calendar and he hasn’t shown up to any of them. From his answers to the questions he needs to complete the booking, I believe he is a real person, not a scammer or a bot, however I’m wasting mine and my staff’s time with him not showing up and he doesn’t reply to our emails. I also have automated reminders set for 24 and 12 hours before. How can I automatically reject or block his email address when he tries to sign up for further appointments? Or can I block keywords from being able to submit the form, that would work too. Unfortunately I need to keep it as a free booking event because it’s lead-based.

Removing Time & Location block from the calender?

Is there a way to remove these two items.  My client only wants his customers to see the days he’s available and request days for meeting.  This is a law firm that does arbitration, so there’s now way to know how long each meeting will take.  Basically, he wants them to request a day that’s available on his calendar and his staff will work out how much time is needed.  I have it set for 8hr blocks, but we don’t want that to show.  Attaching an example:
