During our November Office Hours, we focused on Workflows, covering topics such as:

A sneak peak at our new “Email to Someone Else” workflow (now live!)
•  This amazing new workflow gives you the ability to send workflow emails to non-meeting participants.

Think of a world where you can:

  • Prep meeting materials: Remind your teammates to create a meeting agenda or presentation
  • Make cancellation adjustments: Prompt your Executive Assistant to reschedule or fill the time slot.
  • Assist with follow-ups: Notify a contractor that the meeting ended so they get started on to-do’s and so much more!

Check out the recording and the article HERE to learn more about this feature, and feel free to sign up for our next Office Hours if you have any questions!

Best Workflow Practices

Organization

When creating workflows, the best practice is to break up your workflows by the time in which they are being sent out! You have the ability to stack up to 5 actions per workflow, so you can send up to 5 emails/texts at a specific time period within one workflow. You will want to create a new workflow for each specific period of time you want to automate your communications!

Best Uses:

Workflows give you the ability to automate emails and texts around your meetings. These customizable reminders and follow-ups help reduce no-shows and improve your meeting experience with less work. Our team has seen the most success when users:

  • Reduce no-shows and late arrivals with the reminder and reconfirmation templates

  • Lead more productive meetings with the additional resources template

  • Make a great impression and move goals forward with follow-up meeting and thank you templates
