I have several events and I manipulate the availability to ensure that I can manage my time. It works well. I would like to have one event set so that they can only book that one fr the last week of the month. How can I do that for the one event type?
I can not set one on one meetings anymore with my Essentials plan. What is going on? The error message says, that I should change my prize plan and add another host. I don’t understand. Thank for your quick help. Willi
Hello, when people try to book a meeting they see this error: Oops, something went wrong.Your meeting request could not be finalized with this host. If you feel you've reached this message in error, please reach out to support with below error code. Even when I try to preview the booking page here in Calendly and try to schedule a test event I see the same error.Has anyone seen similar problem? Any idea? Will appreciate any help.
I am unable to log into my account. The home page does not even come up. This has been happening since last week. I have no VPN running.
Hello. For the love of god, PLEASE create the ability to have recurring meetings booked in Calendly. And please do not respond with a “workaround.” While that is all well and good, I do not pay a premium for Calendly to then have to add yet another third-party app in order to create a function that Calendly should AUTOMATICALLY HAVE. Virtually every other scheduling service offers this functionality. Honestly, I am just baffled as to why it isn’t a thing yet. I have seen posts from years ago asking for the same thing. I understand this takes a lot of time and manpower, but it has been YEARS! What on earth could the holdup be?!?! I truly love Calendly and want to continue on as a customer - it seamlessly works for me and my business except for this one feature - but it’s been too long asking for the same thing. Calendly, can you GIVE US AN UPDATE????? PLEASE!!!! Just at least say you’re working on it. Because if you’re not even TRYNG then I am not waiting any longer. Would love some inf
This is the first time I’ve used Calendly and I was disappointed in the customization options for the embed form. I was able to choose background, text, and link colors. However I chose a darker theme and there are details in the second step that aren’t adhering to those settings. I would remove the details if I could. It’s an expanding toggle, which should have less prominence. Because the background and text css has been overridden, it has much more prominence than it should. I can’t change these settings on my end. Essentially, there are two css properties that are creating the issue, which I believe should be removed..c1y2smo4 { background-color: var(--coreColorNeutral100, #fafafa); color: var(--coreColorNeutral900, #0a2540);}If I turn these off, everything looks fine (see images). Is there a way this can be corrected on the Calendly side?Link to page: https://sensryui.com/contact/Properties turned off, shows my preferred styles
I’ve been using Calendly for over 2 years, and since the major update, I cannot reschedule a meeting. This is a one-one-one meeting tyep, and I am on the Standard plan. The time slot I want to reschedule to is available, the trouble-shooter shows it available, but when I click to confirm, I always get an error like “time slot no longer available” or “start time already taken,” neither of which are true. I can cancel the meeting and rebook, but that’s a pain, and it should work since it works to book that exact same time slot from a new “book a meeting” option with no override needed. Please help!
Recently, someone set up a meeting on my Calendly. I got the reminder but didn’t see the answers to the questions that are part of the booking page. Essentially, I’m flying blind. Where can I find the answers to those booking questions. Thx.
We advertise the link to our Calendly on another website (which we have no control over). When a person clicks on this link, certain query codes are attached to the link.It would be extremely helpful if we could use this information to autofill the answers to some of our questions when the person is signing up for a time slot.
The new duration option is a great start! I do have a couple thoughts:Why is it limited to four options? I’d love to offer ½ hour options from 1-4 hours, but that would require 7 slots… I’m worried that people will easily overlook the current placement of the option and sign up for the default setting when they really wanted more time. Could it be a right-hand selection before or after people select their start time? Or maybe just the option to select an end time? Thanks for the work - really appreciate the added functionality!
Issue: as titled. Appointments booked with “Customize Once and Share” cannot be rescheduled by user and always shows “That start time has been filled” or other types of errors. How to replicate:Create a link for ANY event with the Customize Once and Share feature. Book an appointment using that link. On the mobile app, find that appointment and select “Manage” and “Reschedule Meeting” Choose “Full Availability” Select ANY day, ANY time slot, it won’t allow the reschedule to be completed. this problem has been present for several months and it’s extremely inconvenience and frustrating. Other users have reported the same problem and Calendly team closed the discussion without providing solutions. See below for another thread posted in April, which is now closed. Here’s a screenshot of the reschedule error
Would love if Calendly could only allow people to book the first available free slot (we use it to manage appointment bookings for school enrolment and we want to encourage people to come sooner rather than later).
