God, I hate this app. It's like this company is actively trying to keep me from figuring it out. I've never found something so poorly supported. Every video tutorial needs to be updated, buttons are missing, menus are gone, piecemeal speakers are filmed at different times, etc. There are endless links to more tutorials with other versions. It took me forever to find this forum because the chatbot (also useless) wouldn't let me pass. Does corporate even try to use this app from ground zero? Hell no, they don't. They're clueless. No one cares about releasing current documentation. Things I want to do: Integrate Zoom. It's hooked up, yet it will not import my current recurring sessions. Some integration! Where's the documentation on this? Calendly is explained by those who built it, not for first-timers. Set up meetings! Where's the video for this with current menus and buttons? Do I schedule in Calendly or Zoom? Nothing makes sense. No videos for this either. I want a widget on my webs
Hello! How can I show my schedule WITHOUT the client actually being able to book an appointment?
Is there a way to override availability to book an appointment on behalf of a client when buffer times or other blocks on outlook calendars are preventing them, especially when using managed events?
I have an Outlook client software calendar, and several Exchange Outlook calendars with different business partners? Want to sync it all together and utilize Calendly. Is there Microsoft tools to sync the Exchange calendars into my Outlook client software, and then simply sync Calendly to my Outlook client. Or is syncing the Outlook client and each Exchange Outlook account to Calendly directly. Though with that method my Outlook client will not show everything? If possible would like to get them all synced into Outlook client and Calendly, and have each Exchange client only see calendar items for that specific account. Is this possible.
Is it possible to have 2 different logos, where some forms use one logo and other forms use another logo? Possibly personal or business? Or is the only way to do this is to create 2 different Calendly account with different email addresses and have them both sync with the same calendar? Use Free version if only one form, and paid version if you need multiple forms.
Hello there,I would like to sync my iCloud calendar with Calendly so that Calendly knows when I already have appointments scheduled. However, following these steps, I encounter the problem that iCloud sync is not selectable anywhere. Only Google, Outlook, and Exchange calendar sync options are offered. The same issue arises under Integrations & Apps >> Calendars, where no iCloud sync can be found either.Is there another way to do this?ThanksOliver

I’ve been using Professional Calendly for years and I’m still shocked that we can’t set a maximum amount of appointments that can be booked, per day. We can only set a daily limit by appointment TYPE. Not a GLOBAL max appointments per day.I need 2 max, per day. So I’m constantly having to reschedule clients who book a 3rd slot. Other than me constantly managing my availability blocks to prevent a 3rd booking - do any fellow Calendly users have any workarounds? I’m this close to cancelling and moving to another platform over constantly having babysit my availability and rescheduling clients.And yes, I’ve already put in a feature request. For years. Still nothing. It’s such a simple feature and I can’t imagine I’m the only one who has multiple appointment types (I primarily work with only 2 appointment types). Any suggestions/workarounds would be super helpful. Thank you!
Hello, I had 3 meetings via my calendly, and just scheduled another meeting via another person’s calendly.Then my 2 meetings I already had were rescheduled automatically to the next available day with the earliest available time.How can I turn off this feature? It’s very rude to suddenly reschedule meetings so this makes me look back. Please turn off this feature, or atleast give an option to turn this off.Took a look in the settings and did not see any mention of this auto-rescheduling I want to turn off underScheduling settingsDaily limit3 eventsSet the maximum events allowed per day.Please tell me where to turn this feature off if possible. If not, please show me how to set up my calendly to avoid getting auto-reschedules on my own calendly where business partners have schedules a meeting.
Is there a way with your current update to add a one-off appointment time. For example, I need to open up next Tuesday for 12:00-1:00 pm. This is usually my lunch hour. By the way, this is something that I need to do frequently. Block as well as add additional appointment times. Please tell your developers that not being able to do this simply and easily due to the new update is beyond frustrating.
