hey there, I was wondering if anybody has a similar issue. we noticed that some people doesn’t see the embed calendars, not only from Calendly, but also from Hubspot. it seems like some local issue, maybe with VPN, some specific extra plugins blocking the display of the calendars?
I am offering package deals for my event types and would like to allow my invitees to book multiple dates for a discounted price. How can I do this?
I use two types of event - round robin and managed events.For round robin, I have edit permissions set to “view only” for my team. Each team member’s default availability is used for the round robin event type and they can’t change this. On their account availability page, the “Active on” option for this event type is turned on and greyed out, and they don’t have the option of turning it off. i.e. default schedule is enforced. For managed events, I have edit permissions off for availability settings. The team member is not able to adjust their availability on the event page type. However, on their account availability page, they are able to turn off default schedule for this event type. When it’s switched off, changes made at the account availability level don’t push through to the event type (as you’d expect). Depending on the size of our clients, we sometimes need to reschedule booked appointments within our team. Unfortunately, Calendly always cancels the original appointment and creates a new one when rescheduling. The "appointment cancellation" email causes a lot of confusion for our clients. Simply blocking the new time in the calendar of our senior while keeping the old appointment active isn’t a good option either, as it negatively impacts our booking stats.Have you had similar experiences? How do you handle this?And is there any hope that Calendly will address this issue in the near future?

Hi! I am trying to set up 20 specific dates for group CPR classes. The classes occur at specific times of the day over a one-month time period. Some of the dates will need to allow for up to 6 students to select that date. Other dates need to allow for 12 students. Students will be given one calendar link and all 20 dates should be available as options so they can select the date for the class they wish to attend, assuming there are still seats/appointment slots available at that date/time. I’ve read every resource I can find, but I can’t seem to schedule these group events correctly. Could someone tell me how to proceed step-by-step. (I’m on the standard plan = $10/month) Thank you!

Hi all, I am beginner here, and have a question. I want to track Google ad performance whenever an appointment is booked using Calendly. I have seen few very technical (for me) articles, and I am wondering if there is a simple way to do it. One idea I have is to create a Calendly event type dedicated to Google ads, and use that link. So, all booking on the event type are from Google ads. I do not know if it would work - or if there are simpler and direct methods available. Thanks, Ram
