Calendly is exploring adding a new action and template to the Workflows feature. This new “do this” action and template would allow you to automate sending meeting update emails to someone who isn't the host or invitee to help them stay in the loop on your meeting status. Here are a few examples of where this feature will be helpful:- A manager may want visibility into when someone on their team has a meeting cancellation- An Executive Assistant needs to know when their boss books a new meeting so they can help them prep- A Recruiting Coordinator wants to know when an interview they booked on behalf of a hiring manager gets rescheduled incase they need to adjust subsequent interviews We have two questions for you. Please respond to the first question in the comments section. For the second question please select from the choices below. Question for comments section: What would you call this action? Please pick one. hello,i’ve used calendly daily for the last 4+ years. i really like it, until now. i was able to roll with udates and changes, however, the fact that i can no longer click on phone numbers to directly call or text clients has my workflow totally upended. i often need to directly communicate with clients quickly and this communication is critical to what i do. is there a workaround for collecting phone numbers that are still linkable / clickable? on another note, the new GUI format for viewing booked appointments seems totally upside down to me. the client entered info is the most important to me and you’ve pushed it to the bottom of the page , and made the font smaller. the meeting location and host info is absolutely the least important to me, as i’m the host , and those types of details stay pretty constant for me. the customer info is what most important for me to view easily. in other words, i really miss how appointment details appear to me from all other previous versions of cal
When I choose the option to turn off the Calendly branding it is not working and leaving the Calendly branding on the scheduling and booking pages. Any thoughts out there? Thank you!
Calendly is a powerful tool that seems to get more features by the month, but even a basic single Event Type can take you far. In this article we will explore how to get the most out of your free plan. If you are reading this, you might be an unaffiliated individual that has Calendly for personal use, a small business with a single type of service, someone at a larger organization that uses your plan for internal meetings, or anyone else that only needs a single meeting type. While we think our billable plans pay for themselves and then some, we still want everyone to get the most out of whatever plan they are on. The Event TypeMaybe you are just getting started. If you generally offer 30 minutes for a meeting, you can keep the description of your event vague and send this link to anyone who would like to meet with you. But you might want to consider customizing your event name to better reflect you or your services. Open your available hours so people can find time between your other
My clients need to be able to see my calendar more than three months out. How can I change settings to allow this?
English:It's about colleagues from department 1 being able to see what appointments have been booked in department 2. And the other way round too. So that a consultant can always switch between the stores. The background is that we have two stores in one building. One is a goldsmith's, the other a specialist wedding ring store. It would be very nice for us if we could book appointments on both websites and save them in two different calendars in one Google Calendar account. So that all colleagues can immediately see what has been booked and where. Is that possible? Without having to start a second account?
Hi I’m using the contacts-section within calendly to schedule new meetings with my clients. This is very helpful, because it’s very fast. Especially I can change the duration of the planned meeting during this process. But there is a big disadvantage: I can’t enter a mobile number for the text reminders (SMS). So the client only get email notification. Is there a way to use the contact section for scheduling new events AND sending text reminders via SMS (as it is possible when I book a new meeting within the planned meeting section). thanks for your support werner
Hi,We’re setting up the calendly integration but are surprised to see that it doesn’t work without greatly relaxing the Content-Security-Policy in use in our app: in order to work, calendly requires the ‘unsafe-inline' and ‘unsafe-eval’ on both the script-src and style-src fetch directives. This is making us more exposed to CSRF and XSS attacks. So my question is: are you aware of this, and are you planning to update your JS code? Thanks
I am trying to make an event that is closed to my invited friends only. It has an eye with a line through it.
I need help. Every time I schedule a meeting my calendly is using the same location link for every interview or recording i do. I have to ask the interviewee to leave and resend a new link. I get this for every interviewee. the code at the end cannot be the same. I dont know if its a calendly issue or streamyard issue.
