Accidentally deleted one free event type

Question

While trying to editing my one free event type, I accidentally deleted it and now I can no longer use the free version. I only need one event type as I have very simple needs and don’t want to upgrade but Calendly won’t let me add another free event type. It thinks I’m trying to add a second one and telling me to upgrade. Any advice?

Hi Kirsten38125,Provided you don’t have any other meetings created, you should be able to create a free meeting for yourself. You might want to contact our Customer Support Team as this is outside of normal behavior for a basic account. Contact Customer Support
