minute intervel, but I make schedule for 10 minutes, how to make slots for 10 minutes
I have a free account and see that my calendar only extends to early October
When people book on one of my separate calendar appointments it doesn't update my other calendar appointment options I have. Is there a setting that will auto update all my Calendly appt. bookings to block that time off?
How, and when, are Zoom links delivered for scheduled appointments
I used Calendly to schedule a customer call with my google work calendar. I selected Google Meet as the meeting type from Calendly. Once in the meeting, I had Google Gemini in the Google Meet start taking meeting notes. After the meeting I am unable to access the meeting notes. The meeting notes were not emailed to me, they are not in google drive and I have no way of accessing them. After much research, I am unable to find a way to get these meeting notes since Calendly set up the meeting. It is critical that I recover these meeting notes. Thank you!
I use Google Calendar and integrate with Calendly. I’m aware of the settings for creating a maximum number of meetings per day, week, or month through Calendly. But, does that take into account the meetings already on my calendar scheduled through Google, Zoom, or other external sources? Example: I already have a recurring team meeting, a meeting with a client, and a personal call on my Google Calendar for Tuesday. I’ve set my maximum number of meetings per day on Calendly to 3. Someone uses my Calendly link to schedule time with me, but I already have 3 meetings on my Google Calendar. Will it say I’m unavailable that day, or does it not recognize non-Calendly-made meetings?
what is rate limiting as a reason for our paid account to be running slow
Calendly is asking for a text verification code from the invitee after i book someone, if i click skip and don't do the text verification, the workflows WONT WORK. I depend on Calendly heavily and had two appointments today not get reminders and i was not able to run cause they forgot. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and it is COSTING ME MONEY.
How can I get ACTUAL HELP from this site? I've emailed support, submitted a ticket on the website, tried the live chat, cleared my cache, tried Chrome and Explorer and ZERO response and nothing that the website or chat have recommended works! How can I get human help. Requesting from a paying account.
Hi everyone,I'm hoping to learn how others are handling this.I own a professional organizing and productivity business, and many of my clients have ADHD or other executive functioning challenges. As part of my service, I frequently schedule appointments for clients while we're together, rather than asking them to complete the booking themselves.I recently discovered that although SMS reminders are enabled for my event type, they won't send unless the invitee has completed Calendly's SMS consent flow.I completely understand why consent requirements exist. My question is about the workflow. In my case, removing that automatic reminder creates additional friction for exactly the population I'm trying to support. The reminder isn't marketing. It's an accessibility support that helps clients remember appointments.A few questions:How are other businesses handling this? Has anyone built a reliable workaround using Twilio, Zapier, or another SMS provider? Has anyone found a good workflow when t
Hi,I have a question about the best way to set up my Calendly events.I offer the same service at three locations:Suburb A (in person) Suburb B (in person) Virtual (for selected services)The challenge is that each physical office has different days and hours of availability. For example, if I'm working in Suburb A on Monday, I'm not in Suburb B at the same time.My web developer would like to embed one Calendly event for each service and let the client choose the location from a drop-down list.My concern is that if one event offers multiple locations, a client could choose a location where I'm not actually working at that time.My questions are:Can a single Calendly event have different availability schedules for different locations? If not, what is the recommended way to set this up? Is creating separate event types for each location the best practice, with the website directing clients to the appropriate event?I'm looking for the simplest and most reliable solution.Thank you! Paul
Hi all, needing some guidance please I have created a meeting for this today however when I finish, it does not show up on the calendar at all. But shows up on the future bookings what have I missed? TIA
Using calendly in a healthcare setting, we need more in depth intake forms for patients, and the 10 question limit is a bottle neck. Adding a higher limit which wouldnt be hard to do coding wise, would save alot of headaches. Im wasting time on consults asking additional follow ups with what could have been fit into the questions for booking a call.I also think a built in waitlist feature is needed so people can add themselves to it with names and emails and contact details.
Most of my meetings include two invitees (I am a mediator). I have set up automation so “reminder” emails get sent to both invitees. However, I can’t seem to send a personal “thank you” email that includes both names. The person who scheduled the appointment can get a thank you in their name, but the other invitee also gets a copy of the email with the original invitee’s name, which is a bit odd.I would love to send one email that includes both invitees names, or individual emails where I thank each invitee by name. I am on a paid, “standard“ plan. Thanks!
For months, I have not been receiving any emails telling me that patients are signing up to see me. Not in my email, nor in my spam. I have also been locked out of the area where you ask for help from Calendly. PLEASE HELP!
Hi everyone,This isn’t a question but rather an insight on something some might find useful. At the University of Sydney we use Calendly to manage our student-teacher academic advice sessions and use a large pool of staff in round robin events. This has created a lot of work for managers in completing rosters and then making lots of changes to availability on behalf of event hosts (the advisors) so we looked for a way to reduce this workload.Originally advisors were rostered using MS Teams Shifts of which there’s no direct integration with Calendly (at present) so I set out to create the link and we’ve recently trialled and successfully implemented a solution that automatically creates ‘busy’ and ‘shift’ entries into staff calendars that feed Calendly availability essentially automating the availability of events based on rostered shifts in MS Teams Shifts (providing a single holistic place to manage and view availability). This cuts out a significant amount of work and allows managers
I am growing my coaching business and I really need to be able to book executive clients for a series 8 to 12 sessions upfront. Asking them to do this themselves is becoming too burdensome on my very busy leadership clients. I feel unprofessional trying to answer why the service I use for booking doesn’t allow this feature while others do. I see a post on running this through Zapier but, in addition to the cumbersome 20+ steps and testing laid out in that post, I would lose the benefits of reminder emails/texts to these busy clients.I am considering moving my scheduling to another platform before my business grows any larger. I’ve found posts 2+ years old from Calendly saying this is a known issue and they’re working on it, but there’s still no built-in solution. What exactly is the hold-up? What aspect of integrating a recurrence feature makes this so difficult to implement? As a former product manager, understanding this will allow me to be more understanding and patient with Calend
I am curious if there is a way to set my hours to shift at a certain date. For example: I live on the West Coast and I currently have my availability set to my standard “West Coast Hours” calendar. I know I will be traveling in September for a few months to the East Coast, where I would like to set my availabilty to different times. However, I want my clients to be able to book with me seamlessly in advance. So, if I change my hours now, it will be on the wrong time zone for the current month. I would like to set it so that on X date my availability will shift to the correct calendar, so it automatically lets people start booking at the right times for me. Does this make sense? Changing to date-specific settings is a lot of upfront work when I just want an easy shift. Any help would be appreciated!
Just today, July 15th, when I scheduled one of my students, it said they needed to verify a number sent via text message. I schedule for my students when they aren’t present - they ask for a meeting and I set it up on my end. This means I can’t be verifying text messages. If I do NOT verify it, it says they won’t receive text reminders for the meeting. I need them to receive these - no one reads emails. I saw this: https://calendly.com/help/how-to-send-text-messages-with-workflowsHow can I make sure students still get text reminders if I can’t do the verification each time. Is it EACH TIME? That feels insane to me.
I embed the code into my site per instructions but the problem is the booking form isn’t showing up on the page it’s a hostinger site page don’t know if that matters
I've been exploring different ways to use Calendly and realized it's capable of much more than simply booking meetings. I'm curious how others are using it for consultations, customer onboarding, interviews, events, team coordination, or other workflows. What is the most creative or effective use of Calendly you've implemented, and has it helped save time or improve your scheduling process?
i am not able to schedule events on saturday and sunday, checked the availability and toggled saturday and sunday and checked the connected calender as well
Adding the ability for invitees to select from meeting duration options was great; however, in the way it is currently presented, it is practically unusable. Most users do not even notice the small downward arrow under the event name. Which means 99.99% of the users book the “default” duration option, when they may have preferred another duration. If we have to call the user’s attention to the duration selector when sending the booking link, then it becomes nearly pointless. It adds friction for us.Ideally, the duration selector would be either more prominent and/or required. For example, adding a “Meeting Duration” field under the event name with a standard drop-down box that begins blank with pre-text (“Choose one...” or something to that effect), and then once it is clicked and the user selects a duration, the availability populates to the right. Just a thought on how to implement. Of course, this would only be needed for events where multiple duration options have been set for the bo
J’ai un message de bienvenue dans mon profil qui n’apparaît pas quand des clients se connectent pour prendre un rendez-vous. Je ne sais pas comment faire pour que ce message apparaisse. Merci de votre aide
We have five salespeople setup in Calendly and assigned to managed events. In the notifications, I’d like to send recipients individual links to profile pages for the host however so far all I can find is a way to add generic links. There is a variable that I can add that shows who the host is but there’s no variable that I can find that adds a link to a specific ‘about me’ page on another site. I guess it’s a ‘host variable’ that I’m looking for.Does anyone have a workaround for this or is anyone at Calendly able to take this on as a suggestion please to add?
