Hi- I need assistance- I have a limit for my personal link  for 5 per day and have a limit for my group link for 5 per day- I was under the assumption that it would sync up and only allow 5 per day over all- it is now allowing 10 max- how to align so it would only allow 5 per day total?

Thanks for reaching out on this - Unfortunately, there is not a way to set event limits at the account level, currently these are only restricted to the event settings. So while you can set this for each event, there is not a way to set an overall limit, my apologies! 

I do think this a great idea, I’ve found an internal ticket requesting this feature, and I’ve added this as support, hopefully we’ll see this as a feature in the future!


any pro tips on how to limit so I am not inundated with calls when I want to limit the amount?


After doing a little digging on my end, we are a little limited on automatic workarounds for something like this. The best example of a work around I’ve seen for this is some users will set a personal event limit to ‘2 per day’ but their group link would be set to ‘3 per day’ to even out at a total of 5.

Otherwise, setting both events to a limit of 5, then monitoring when days get filled up, then blocking those dates would the other way to workaround for this. This does require a little more manual work however.

If anyone else has a unique workaround for this on the community space I’ll leave this open so they can share it - But hopefully we’ll see this as a feature soon! 😀
