I have multiple team members and to preserve brand language and experience, I am now manually duplicating workflows for each new team member. When will we be able to have managed workflows just like we do managed events?

It sounds like you might benefit from building out some pre-built standardized workflows for your team instead of having more customized workflows. There are a ton of variables you can leverage to make sure each workflow feels specific to the invitee and the host. You can learn more about pre-built workflows here and here.

As Jillian mentioned, we have tons of standardized templates you can use for your Workflows. But we also have managed workflows as you’ve described coming on the Roadmap very soon. Managed Workflows are perfect for standardizing meeting communications across your team. They’re also easier to manage since a single Managed Workflow can be applied across multiple Managed Events — no need to duplicate and upkeep separate versions for each team member.
