My question is very staright forward but struggling to find an answer, I have inactivated ‘CreateEventTemplate’ flow in salesforce as I want to implement a different flow when a record is created in Action object, however Calendly is still creating events (Appointment) even though flow is inactive.
Any idea what could be the reason?
The Calendly package post install instructions suggest creating a copy of the CreateEventTemplate flow instead of activating the template.
Could you check if there is another version of the flow that is active? The easiest way to do this is to go to Object Manager > CalendlyAction > Flow Triggers. This will show a list of all record triggered flows associated with the CalendlyAction object.
Also, is your team using the Einstein Activity Sync feature in Salesforce? This feature might be syncing events to Salesforce from your team’s Outlook / Google calendars.
