I read something about Calendly Tracking and Google Analytics, but it’s all pretty confusing. I would like to track clicks and engagement. Help!

Remember the days of Ye Old Internet, when it was a true Wild, Wild West situation, and nobody knew where anything came from or what was behind the screen? Those days are in the past! Calendly prides itself on keeping up with Modern Internet Times™️ - as such, we offer many different options for tracking and reporting via both native Calendly features and third party integrations! 🤗

You can track visits and engagement with each of your Calendly scheduling pages using our Google Analytics integration or our Facebook Pixel Integration!

You can also use UTM parameters to tell the source of a booked Calendly meeting. For example, you could track a Calendly event scheduled on your website or through an email.

To track the journey of your invitees, you can take advantage of our embed options. As you usher them through your flow, they can schedule through Calendly without leaving your website!

If you are looking to automatically update a spreadsheet with specific UTM parameters, you can do so with our Zapier integration. Zapier acts as a middleman, triggering actions in other apps after an event is scheduled or canceled. You may be interested in creating a Zap between Calendly and Google Sheets or Excel.

Calendly also offers a native Analytics Dashboard. Our reporting dashboard allows you to view usage metrics across your entire organization. This is available for account owners and administrators, and shows data from up to one year in the past. Lastly, you can track by redirecting invitees to an external site!

Use of Calendly’s Analytics Dashboard requires that you be an owner, admin or group admin on our Standard, Teams or Enterprise plan. Integrations with Zapier, Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Analytics are available to all users on our Standard, Teams and Enterprise plans.
