I've tried numerous times to cancel, I don't even work for the same company as my email address on calendly and haven't for year but I keep getting charged an annual fee of 93 euro. When I try to go via chat to cancel it leads to my calendly account under my old company email but there's no paid subscription on there. 

How on earth can I stop them from charging me for something I don't have access to and never took out in the first place?

Hi ​@aisling65886! Sorry to hear this is going on. In this case, I would reach out to our Billing team at billing@calendly.com. They’ll be able to assist you in tracking down the account, and cancelling the subscription. If you have a statement of the charges, I would send it their way as well.
