I am logged in to Calendly and trying to contact someone via the chat. It asks me to please log in (even though I’m logged in). After opening to a new tab it confirms I’m logged in and directs me back to the chat. It then says there is an error please try again in a few mins - this has happened for the last few hours.

Anyone else running into this issue? I am trying to follow up on a ticket I raised last week and haven’t heard back from anyone at Calendly.

Would greatly appreciate any help.

Couple things we can try here:

  • First thing you can try is clearing out your cache and cookies from your browser. This article will walk you through this process: How to Clear the Cache and Cookies in Your Web Browser
  • If that doesn’t work, you can try logging in through an incognito window 
  • Otherwise, try using a different browser to see if that works!

Let me know if any of these steps work or not!


Thanks for the response David - I’ve tried all of these steps already and I retried them again. No luck. Any suggestions on what to do next?

The next thing I would try is signing into your account first, and chat in from your Events Page here: https://calendly.com/event_types/user/me

There should be a blue chat bubble on the lower-right hand side, try chatting in from here and let me know if it works.
