I saw two different posts about restricting the types of emails (e.g. non Gmail) that can request a booking.

Has this feature been implemented? If not, I vote that it be added.

Hi @IDT!

At this time, this feature has not been added yet, but it is something our team is working on currently! I’ll be sure to add this post as feedback to garner more support for the feature.

In the meantime, most users will utilize our Routing Forms feature on our Teams plan - This will allow you to create questionnaires or forms that your invitees can fill out, then based on their response (Or email domain) You can filter them to a specific website, or one of your booking pages. You can read more about Routing Forms here: How to create a Routing Form

Let us know if you have any questions on this! 🙂

We really need this capability since we get a high volume of bookings from free and invalid email addresses, and the majority of free email bookings result in no-shows. Actually, would it be feasible to include third-party javascript code that can perform further checks on form fields, particularly email and phone?

Hi @Clearout.io, I understand. However its not currently feasible to include a third party javascript code for your booking pages at this time.

Our product team is working on getting email verification in place soon, I’ll be sure to add another reply once its rolling out. 😁

Looking forward to it.

Same here, we get a high volume of Freemail no-shows. This feature would be great!
