I’ve found the instructions in the thread linked above, however it’s still not working for me. I’m hosting a one-day retreat on October 5 from 9am to 5 pm.  I set up my Available hours as described in that video:

 


Next, I  set my Start time increments to 8 hours.

 

However, when I got to the live booking page, it keeps saying there are “No times in October” (and there are none otherwise either. 

 

 

Help! I’m hoping to send out the invitations for this event on Monday morning.

Hi @JCK!

Any chance you have that time blocked off on your calendar already for the event? That’s the usual culprit in these scenarios.

The best way to usually figure out these scenarios is to use the Troubleshooting Availability tool. More on that here: 

 


Hi @jillian , I was still not able to get this to work.   The troubleshooter was telling me “Duration” was the issue, but Event details Duration is set to 8 hours, and I even increased my Available hours from 9-5 (the event schedule) to 8-6 in case that would help.  This is still not working for me.

I would also check how your buffers are set up. On longer events, that are close to the same length as your availability hours, sometimes buffers will conflict with you availability. If you have all your settings 100% then you might want to reach out to our customer support team as they can diagnose your issue live via chat → Contact Customer Support
