Hello Calendly Community,
I've used Calendly with my team for some time. I recently tried to link it with custom calendar services and API endpoints. This helps automate our internal scheduling. I’ve had some trouble with Calendly’s webhooks and calendar sync. This happens only when I'm on my company's internal network.
I saw that our internal network has a private IP range (10.x.x.x). I tried to open the router settings at http://10.0.0.0.1. I thought it was the default gateway, but the page didn’t load. I’ve since read that this IP (10.0.0.0.1) might not be valid, and it should be 10.0.0.1.
Could the internal routing or firewall settings block Calendly's integration requests? Has anyone else experienced network restrictions affecting their Calendly usage?
What IPs or ports should I whitelist to ensure Calendly functions seamlessly, especially for webhook and calendar integrations?
