Hi, I am a teacher and I have my office hours from 10-12am on Tuesdays on 20am intervals. I have a student take the 11am-11;15am appointment, but now my 10-11am appointments are gone and do not appear visible to my students. Does anyone know why this might be?

That’s definitely frustrating. It’s possible you have a buffer set or some other setting enabled that’s causing this. And the best way to figure this out is to use the Troubleshooting Availability Tool. This tool lets you identify a time you think should be available and figure out exactly what is causing the block.
