I’ve tried every month since November to cancel my Calendly subscription. They keep Charging me. I even have a confirmation email that they cancelled it and they still charge me. I now have to dispute it with my credit card company. What is wrong with this company? How is there no love customer service number? Horrible way to run a business.

My recommendation from this point is to email our billing team directly to get this rectified, they’ll be able to look into your charges to see what might of occurred here. You can email them at billing@calendly.com, they can look over your case to see where this went wrong - I’d also recommend attaching the cancellation email as well.
