If a candidate needs to rebook their interview, it appears in my calendar at another date, but does not cancel or reschedule the original meeting.  Perhaps they do not see or use the reschedule links provided in their booking email.  However, is there a way to block the same name and email from booking another interview and instead re-direct them to use the reschedule link? Thanks

Hi @Melanie55701 - Thanks for reaching out!

At this time, there is not a way to prevent current scheduled users from “double booking” with you at this time. At this time including a disclaimer in the event description to have them reschedule would be the best way to go about this.

I do understand where you’re coming from, so I’ve sent this to our product team for them to review. Hopefully we can see something like this added on!

Thanks David.  I thought this might be the case and for sure I do see that the cancel or reschedule link is in their confirmation email.  However, they may not notice that.  So I can absolutely include those instructions on how to cancel or reschedule in the information page.  They don’t always read carefully and follow instructions, but it will help.  I will do that for now, and hopefully down the road there is a way to halt them when trying to book again with same email address perhaps stating it looks like they already have a meeting schedule and do they wish to reschedule type thing.  I’m new to Calendly, so just taking note of functionality as I go.  Appreciate your response :-)  Thanks!
