How do I export contacts from my old Calendly to a new Calendly account?

Hi @Test14202,

I just checked with our Product team and this is functionality we don’t currently have but aware of the need and will continue looking into.

Looks like it could be done easily 10 months ago (see link) so what happened?

Hi Kendra42243

I just want to clarify that what Kelsi was describing on your linked page is an export of meetings. That export does contain some contact information but is short of what most customers would expect as a true contact export. Chiming in simply to clarify and iterate that you can still export your meetings list but not your contact list.

I’m looking to migrate my old contacts into a new Calendly account. I manage a fitness store that specializes in selling nylon lifting belts, and it's crucial for me to differentiate these clients from those associated with other equipment-selling stores. Is there a way to ensure this segmentation during the migration process, or would I need to manually categorize them after the migration?

Any kind of help would be appreciated

Thank You 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

Hi Allan_potts,

Unfortunately you would indeed have to manually categorize them. The contact information from an event export is just name and email.

Thank you, Sean, for your response! I’ll go ahead and categorize it manually, even though it’s going to be time-consuming. I’ll probably listen to some music to keep things interesting since I have to sort through hundreds of clients based on their business models. Some are selling gym accessories like Lifting Belt others are into gym exercise equipment, and a few are in the local business field, like plumbers and general contractors. Thanks again for your help responding to my query. 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
