I discovered today that my account was deactivated due to non payment (which I was unaware of). I am trying to provide payment now and reinstate my plan and need immediate help. But I can’t access help because I no longer have a paid plan.
I receive hundreds of emails from Calendly in a month (see attached screenshot) and when I checked my Invoice receipts it looked like everything was fine (see attached screenshot). The notice about my bill not being paid did not come from Calendly Billing (as it should) or I would have seen these notices and fixed the payment issue.
I urgently need my account turned back on and I can’t seem to get help. What should I do?
