Can someone please get in touch with me as well. I would like to know best way to insert additional appointment times in-between current slot intervals for my business without using multiple calendars.

In order to open up additional time slots on an existing event type, you will need to adjust your availability settings - specifically the start time increments. See below!

When my start time increments are set to “30 minutes” there is a time slot available on each 30 minute mark - the hour and half hour!
After changing my start time increments to “10 minutes” I now have a time slot open on each 10 minute mark!
