How to have Calendly ignore a certain “Busy” event on my calendar?

On my Google Calendar, I have a "busy" time set from 9 AM to 12 PM every day to avoid unnecessary meetings.

But I would still like to make this time slot available for booking through Calendly for specific people.

Is it possible to configure Calendly to achieve this setting? If so, could you provide steps or advice on how to set this up?

Thank you!

Hi @Eavan74068 - Thanks for reaching out!

Yes this is possible with Calendly! If you’d like this to be only for specific people, I’d recommend creating a separate event type that only those users have a link to. From there, you can follow this article for setting up our Overlapping Meetings feature!
