Hello everyone,

I’m currently working on a website called lescobil.pk, which helps users check their LESCO bills online. One feature I'm working on is a Bill Calculator page that lets users input their details and calculate their estimated electricity bill. I'm looking to add a scheduling tool for users to book a consultation with a support team member directly from the page.

I’ve been considering Calendly as the solution for scheduling but I’m unsure how to integrate it seamlessly into the page. Specifically, I need guidance on how to:

  1. Add a Calendly booking widget to the Bill Calculator page without disrupting the user experience.
  2. Ensure that availability is synced correctly, as we have limited time slots due to support resources.
  3. Customize the widget to match the style of the page.

Has anyone implemented something similar on their website, or could you provide step-by-step instructions on how to do this? Any advice or resources would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi @UsmanGhani! Thanks for reaching out to us!

This article includes a full walkthrough on embedding your Calendly booking pages to your site - How to embed and customize Calendly on your website

When a booking page is embedded, it will match the availability to whats shown on the website, so Calendly will look at your available hours, and any conflicts in your connected calendar - Ensuring that the only times that are shown, are when you’re available!

Additionally, Color and button text customizations are available for the pop-up widget embed, and you can edit the text shown for the pop-up text option. Users with paid subscriptions have access to more color customization settings, including background color, text color, and button & link color.

Let me know if you have any questions on these steps!
