I am having an issue with Calendly and Microsoft teams. When a meeting is scheduled, I get the error message :

Sorry, this web conference link no longer exists.
You are logged in as study@ceip.ca. This message is only visible to you.

"We couldn’t retrieve the web conference link associated with the scheduled event. Contact your invitees or update the calendar event to add new web conference details."

Please help, thank you

Hi @study_ceip - Thanks for reaching out on this!

One thing we can try here is disconnecting and reconnecting your Microsoft Teams integration — either from your Integrations page (if you connected the integration directly), or from your Calendar Connections page (if you connected the integration via your Office 365 calendar connection). Once this is done, try scheduling a meeting with yourself to see if its populated as expected.

Let me know if this works!

Hi @David ,

Thank you for your quick response. I have tried doing that without success.

Is there another thing that I can do?

Understood - Thanks for checking this.

The next thing I would want to confirm is your Microsoft 365 tenant/subscription. Calendly's Microsoft Teams integration requires a Microsoft 365 Business account or an Office 365 Education account.

These pages from Microsoft have more information:

Can you confirm this? Let me know! If you have the required plan, I would then check with our support team - and include the steps you’ve already taken. They will want to look into the backend and see whats going on. 🙂

@David

Thank you for your answer,  yes it is a business account!

I look forward to hearing back

Great, thanks for checking all of this!

In this case - I actually think it would be quicker if you chatted in directly with them here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/requests/new - They can dig into it a bit deeper from there!
