Hi, I had to create this free account because I can no longer log-in to our Calendly “paid account” using Microsoft. It keeps on giving me this error below. How can this be resolved? I already check with our “administrator” and he said he already added me to the group.

This message refers to the permissions within your organizations Microsoft space, which is outside of our control. However, like yourself,  some users have seen this, spoken with their IT and still get the same message. In this case, I’d try logging in from a different browser, or an incognito window to see if its something in the browser thats causing this.

The other option you have is contacting our support team, and getting your login changed to use an email/password to avoid logging in through Microsoft.
