Hi @Abeer Almubarak - Thanks for reaching out!
Currently, we have two ways to go about this, you can either use Team Pages or Routing Forms to allow invitees to choose their host. I’ve attached two articles below that will walk you through each option!
Let me know if you have any questions on these!
Thank David for your prompt reply, Just to confirm if i went with the second option and i used a team page and created collective event’s type for each financial advisor. keep in mind that the users of my app will pick their preferred advisors from a UX interface designed by us not through the team page link mentioned in the article, let’s say the user was displayed three advisors' options through our interface (A,B,C) , and chose advisor A, would i be able to link each advisor with the Calanders of each advisor? so if the user clicked on one the available time slots for that advisor only would show? Hope It’s clear and thanks for your cooperation
Yes thats correct. However, each advisor would need their own Calendly account in order to connect them to the specific event. You can combine multiple users under the same organization for this to happen. You can read more about this here: How to add or remove users and seats
Once each account is setup, you can connect them with that specific Collective event. So if I look at the team page and select Advisor A, I would see their available time slots, and the booking would be placed on their calendar.
