I have a round robin scheduling event  and one of the workflows is to send out a follow up email after the event. The email is suppose to come from a centralized/shared gmail account, but I am not able to integrate this into the event. 

 

We have this exact same event set up for individuals, and the follow up email/integration works. 

 

Is it possible to integrate gmail with the round robin, or is that only an option for events for individuals?

It is possible to integrate Gmail with Round Robin events. However, it needs to be done at the owner, admin, or team manager level though before it can be applied to specific events. You can learning a little bit more about that here.
