For example: a Professor with Office Hours. 3 hour window. Nine, 20 minute slots.

How do we prevent one student from taking up all 6 slots for that day?
I have upwards of 100 students vying for 27 slots every week.

Creating 9 individual events and sending 9 individual links for each day is not going to work.

Hi @Jenny76845,

Yikes! There currently isn’t any way to set a limit like you’re describing, but I’ll definitely suggest it to our Product team.

In this case, I think adding in extra information to the event itself regarding limits, communication, cancellation, etc. might be a good move. Sometimes invitees need a little nudge when it comes to scheduling etiquette and in this case it sounds like some very clear guidelines around how many times they can book in one day and how many times in one week is very much needed. You can add this information into the event under Event Details > Description.

Good luck!

Hi @jillian

Yes, I’ve been as clear as possible but humans will be humans and try to push the envelope every where they can 😕 Was hoping there was a button I missed so I don’t have to continue wasting time hitting the decline button on my calendar and fielding ridiculous emails.
Thank you for the response and for passing it on to the product team. Fingers crossed for the future!
