I have a standing event type for a training that I do. It’s set up as a group event so that once someone picks a time, others can sign up for the same time and join in on the training. Of course, I have a couple days minimum notice required so I can make sure I’m available for it.

However, once the meeting is actually on the calendar, I would love to allow people to sign up for it right up to the last minute, or perhaps cut them off a half hour ahead.  Right now the event shows up as full once my minimum notice time passes, even if it actually has 20 slots open still.

Is there any way to allow additional attendees to an already-scheduled event to skip the minimum notice?
