Hello, 

I’m using Calendly with a small team of about 10 hosts all setting their own availability around the world in multiple time zones for a single Round Robin event type. My senior leadership team would like to have a report that lists all hosts availability for each quarter. 

The only way I can see to do this is to go into the “Schedule Settings” on the specific event type and manually review each host’s specific available times. 

Is there a way to view all of this information at once? Or export this information? 

The rationale is to ensure that all hosts are setting their availability each quarter.

While this isn’t a feature at this time, I do think this is a good idea. I’ve sent your feedback over to our product team for them to review! Hopefully we’ll see more added on in the future.

In the meantime, while it may not be their direct availability, one way to quickly look over this is by referencing the Analytics tab to see some of the following information:

  • Account activity: Number of meetings created, completed, rescheduled, and canceled
  • Meeting trends: Most frequently booked Event Types, preferred meeting lengths, and popular days and times for booked and completed meetings
  • User data: Top-performing teams, groups, and individual users (Admin view)
