Multiple spots at one time

Hey all, i am setting up childcare and need a booking system where i can have 6 spots available at the same time but with age restrictions for example:

10am-11am- 0-2y/o 1 space

10am-11am 2-4y/o 2 spaces

10am-11am 4y/0 plus 3 spaces

Please help! Is this possible and if so how?

Hi Kristyn51131!

You can achieve this by setting up a routing form to three different event types.

Create one Group Event for each of your categories.
- In each event type set the availability to the time you want and limit the number of slots to whatever meets your requirements.
- Next use Book Over meetings and tell each event type to ignore any meetings from the other two.
Set up a Routing Form with a screening question about the child’s age using radio buttons. This will route the parent to the correct event.
