Hi. Less than a week ago, I had been posting that “one” of my two webinars, which I’ll abbreviate as “Webinar 101” just totally went wonky. It suddenly stopped showing for me and any potential registrant. Not only that, it also showed a date that I never even created for Webinar 101! Someone even signed up for that wrong date. I had to remove that person, refund that person, and luckily, that rogue date is not showing anymore.

But NOTHING shows for Webinar 101 anymore, not even under Booking, or for me.  It had all been working all of April very smoothly.

The other webinar called “Webinar 201” has been fine as far as scheduling with registered customers.

From a guy here who had been kindly helping (before my posts here disappeared and I now get “Access denied” ???), he gave me the email to contact Calendly Support. I sent that last Wednesday morning with all the details. But no one responded Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.

Does anyone know why I’ve gotten no response from Support in asking for help,  why my original post and replies have been removed from here, plus why I’m apparently now allowed to access them? I’m confused why all this is happening.

P.S. I am also a paid user of Calendly, and should have have been able to see the Chat which is said to be on the lower righthand corner, and it has never been there.  Is Calendly having problems??

Hi @Stop02827 - Thanks for reaching back out.

Would you be able to check for those posts again? Looks like they were marked as hidden over the weekend due to a technical issue, but its fixed now! I’m able to see those posts from my end now.

I’m not aware of any widespread issues with the chatbot, but it not appearing usually means that either an extension, browser or the network you’re on is blocking the pop-up. I’m seeing if there are any alternatives in the meantime.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi David. Thank you for responding and I will go look. But I do see that you said you see my posts. Hooray!  You are appreciated for what you do.

It’s “Calendly’s” poor design that concerns me, or poor instructions in case I had anything to do with this, in spite of being fairly informed. I’m also turned off by what seems to be a lackadaisical attitude about whether Calendly’s Support email employees are prompt or not in responding to support emails.  (They are not)

To summarize about now “five” Calendly mess-ups for May (and I want others to see this as a warning about Calendly):

  1. Wrong info put on my Google calendar by Calendly: This happened for my second week’s 101 webinar, including showing the four people that had signed up for the first week’s successful 201 webinar! Huh? Thus, I had no webinar signed up for that second week, and lost income.
  2. Second wrong info put on my Google calendar by Calendly: I just discovered this morning that Calendly did this on my Google Calendar’s fourth week 101 Webinar in May with the same four people showing (that had participated in the first weeks successful webinar)! Thus, I have no one signed for the fourth week due to Calendly’s poor design and screwups.
  3. As far as Chat being invisible for me: Chat wasn’t showing for Brave (which is like Chrome) or Firefox. That is a huge concern. Everything was fine for April, so it’s another concern that things would mess up so badly for May, as if the design for Calendly is this poor. And I have no extensions that would cause Calendly’s mess up, nor network issues. I have fast internet.
  4. A rogue date created by Calendly in Booking:  There was suddenly a rogue date showing in booking for potential Registrants. It was on a date that is reserved for 201 registrants, but showed to be a 101 date, which it was NOT.  I had to quickly remove a person who saw that rogue date for tomorrow and manually refund her. And because of all this mess in May, she couldn’t re-sign up for the real and next 101 Webinar on the 27th.
  5. Finally, five full days went by after I used the Support Email to ask for help, with no reply. The gal who did reply finally this morning was very nice. But what is going on with Calendly leadership to allow this?
