no mail after booking

Hello everyone, Unfortunately, my customer does not receive a confirmation or appointment invitation after booking. I receive the information undeliverable. I tried with 3 email addresses. please help me.

That is less than ideal. Let’s see if we can figure out what’s going on.

  • Are you using email confirmations or calendar invitations? Email confirmations would come from notifications@calendly.com and calendar invitations would come from your email address.
  • Is this happening with just this one customer or multiple? And when you say 3 email address - 3 of yours, 3 of the same customer, or 3 different customers?
  • And finally - do you know if the customer is using Gmail? They’ve recently added a lot more spam protection and it seems more and more emails of all types are getting caught when they shouldn’t be.
