I’m reaching out regarding the character limit for inserting my Payment Terms and Privacy Policy. It seems that my text is being cut off, and I can't find any information about the exact character limit. Would it be possible to display this limit within the input field to help manage the content length more efficiently?

Additionally, is there a way to link or attach these longer documents somewhere else in the booking process to ensure my clients have access to the full details before confirming a booking?

While I’ve yet to see it first hand, the limit is 10,000 characters in the event description and 255 for each of the invitee questions. I could definitely see someone easily hitting the limit with terms and policies.

To work around this, I’d recommend posting links to your Payment Terms and Privacy Policy in the event description and including a question or two in your invitee questions asking if they’ve read and agree to them. Here’s a little overview of how to do this:
