Hi,

I am on a team plan, and I tried all the suggestions in this thread but can not get rid of Calendly’s advertisement from appearing on my routiing form.

Context: the routing form is inline embedded into a Webflow page.

GDPR banner is set to one and variations within the HTML/CSS of “branding: false” do nothing.

Yes, I have cleared the cache and cookies to test the results.

How do I remove the “Powered By Calendly” banner?

Again - we pay to not advertise for calendly and our inabillity t do so haas me considering other service providers.

Hi @mixelpix - Sorry to hear this is going on!

If you’re part of a teams plan, are you listed as the Owner? If you are, can you check your Branding Page and ensure the option is deselected? You should see this as well as an option to Apply to all users in your organization. Could you have them check to make sure this is disabled, and applied to all users? (Keep in mind, this is exclusive to the Organization Owner) If you are not the Owner, you would need to contact them to have them check this option.

If this option is already selected and saved inside of the account, the next thing I would recommend is reaching out to our support team - They’d be able to dive further into the settings in your account and figure out what might be going on. You can chat in with them here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/requests/new or by emailing support@calendly.com

Let me know if you have any questions!

@David Thanks - that did the trick!

FWIW to other readers, I am an Admin in the Team account, but the “Apply to all users in your organization” option is indeed only available when logged in to the Owners account :)

T.I.L.!
