Hi @Digital22615!
I’m interpreting your questions a few different ways, so please let me know if I’m totally missing the right question. It sounds like you’re creating a workflow, but unable to apply it to a specific event. Usually when this happens, it’s because that specific event is considered a team event - likely created by the team admin - and personal workflows can only be applied to personal events. Your team admin has the ability to apply workflows to these events and they can also modify the permissions around who can create workflows. More about that here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/360053556873-How-to-set-who-in-your-organization-can-create-workflows-for-admins-and-owners-only-
Let me know if this helps!
hello, thank you very much. I have the permissions ok but I can’t select the round robin event from the dropdown. I have also pro version. I don’t find a solution.

Hey there! This is because you will need to create Workflows for the team the Round Robin ET is on and then apply that workflow to the event type. You cannot apply the workflows you have created for your personal event types to team events. Read more on how to do this here! I hope this helps!
Hi @Digital22615! Good news — you can now apply Workflows to your Round Robin and Collective Event Types.
Other recent Workflow improvements include the ability to trigger an email or text based on if a meeting is rescheduled, and the option to send Workflow emails to non-attendees.
I hope these update help you automate more of your meeting communications, saving you time and manual work. Happy scheduling!
