I have just changed phone providers and in working to get approval for SMS texting, the company is telling me that any where a phone number is required, there needs to be a check box with the wording...

By checking this box, I agree to receive text messages about [Message Type] from [Company Name] at the phone number provided above. The SMS frequency may vary. Message data rates may apply. Text HELP  for assistance. Reply STOP to opt out of receiving SMS messages from Business Name]. You will receive no further SMS communication. Privacy Policy URL and Terms & Conditions URL

The other option is to remove the phone number box..

Any input on how to accomplish this??

They won’t approve my SMS texting without this information.

Hi @Patti71322!

The best way to accomplish this is to add a required “question” to your invitee form with a checkbox as the “answer”. This ensures the invitee sees the next, has to acknowledge it to book, and you’ll be able to use the specific text your provider is asking for. More on invitee questions here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/14076808543511-How-to-add-or-remove-invitee-questions

One thing to note: You won’t be able to include hyperlinks in the question section, so I’d either be prepared to drop the full URL in the text or you can put it in your event description as a hyperlink.
