Hello,

I have paid and free Calendly account,  In both account I have issue which is:

 

This calendar is currently unavailable.

You are logged in as . This message is only visible to you.

It looks like there is an issue with your Exchange Calendar:. Please visit the Calendar Connections page to resolve.

 

I use EWS and Calendly works sometime and not other time. 

I need your help guys. Thank you

Do you know if your Exchange server is running On-premise? (or behind a firewall?) If it is, your IT team will most likely need to allow list specific Exchange related IP Addresses for Calendly to connect to your Calendar. In some cases IT teams won’t allow list certain IP’s, but we have workarounds for this as well!

I’d recommend reaching out to our support team at support@calendly.com, they’ll be able to get you the information you need, and help with any workarounds to get this connection up and running.

@David I know that, I already put these IPs (https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/19979728306199-Calendly-IP-address-update) in the allow list and still have the same issue. I allow these IP to my exchange on port80/443

I already sent to support and hope to get answer sooner.

Understood, glad you found that document as well! There are a separate set of IP’s used just for the Exchange integration that are not shared publicly, so the support team would be the best next step.

David, I have been advised to contact support as the problem has not gone away after trying suggestions The issue is “This Calendar is currently unavailable” I’ve been trying to make it work for weeks!!!!

David, thank you for your response. I have spent hours on this issue and cannot get it resolved I need to talk to a person who can walk me through the issue and get it resolved otherwise there’s no point in my using Calendly.

Please point me in the right direction with a phone number.

Once you select it, you can ask for an agent to be connected. From there, you can request a Zoom or phone call to work through the issue there!

You should see a prompt like this after typing in Agent when you open the chatbox:
 

 

Once here, you can select the option you’d like to get routed to them from there. Are you seeing this on your end?


RECEIVED NOTHING PLEASE FIND SOMEONE TO HELP ME


I did see a message earlier that stated an Agent would make contact shortly that never happened, here we are over an hour later just waited for help!

This problem has not been resolved I tried repeatedly yesterday to no avail, I need help now I know it must be an easy fix for the right agent
