Hi, do you actually have an available page where I can downgrade my plan? 

 

There was a thread posted TWO MONTHS ago that stated the below link would lead you to the correct billing page. However, this link appears to already be broken. I cannot find the billing page shown by ​@David at all. Please advise, because it sure seems like your organization is making it intentionally difficult to downgrade or cancel my subscription--and this only makes me want to use/recommend your product less.

Hi ​@Connor48504 - Sorry to hear this is going on!

I appreciate you bringing this up, although I checked that hyperlink in a few different browsers and it does still seem to be working. Just to confirm, are you part of an organization or a solo user? Sometimes it can route to a seperate page for users in an organization who do not have access to the billing page. Either way, you can still find the option to downgrade in app by following these steps:

In your account, select ADMIN CENTER
Then selecting the Billing Tab
Once on the billing tab, under Your Subscription, select Change Plan, then downgrade. Then you’ll see an option to select the free plan.
