Hi, I have some questions around moving appointments. If i’m manaing my outlook calendar and I have an appointment today scheduled from calendly at 10 AM, and I drag and drop that appointment to 3 PM. The participant gets sent a reminder email and the appointment is updated in my Outlook, does Calendly ever update that in their system as the new time. When I use this means to reschedule (Drag n Drop) it seems like Calendly does not update backwards from outlook. If I do this for sake of efficiency and not having to click through the booking page, will it impact my analytics?

Hi @CurtisH - Thanks for reaching out!

Calendly does not update backwards from Outlook at this time - So if you move an appointment in your Calendar, the meeting time will remain the same in Calendly. Effectively making both the original time and the new time blocked off if someone were to try and book with you through Calendly again. The best way to go about this is to use the Reschedule links included in the event, or by rescheduling it through Calendly directly.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

Thanks @David . I’m currently struggling to reschedule an appointment using the reschedule link. When I click it and select a new time, the update event button on the form does not reschedule or complete the form. Is there something that I’m missing as to why it wont move forward rescheduling the appointment? Maybe a setting somewhere.

Hi @CurtisH - There shouldn’t be any setting preventing you from adjusting this, especially if you’re the host. Could you try another browser to see if that works? Otherwise, you can try rescheduling it directly from your meetings page here: https://calendly.com/app/scheduled_events/user/me

Let me know if either of those work.
