I love to add questions to gain insights and intelligence into a potential client's needs before the call.

Questions to understand your potential client before the call.

Hey there @LennyBlock - thanks for your topic! This is a great example of how Calendly’s Invitee Questions On Your Booking Page feature can work for our users (like you)! How do you find that the questions you have set up lead to successful [potential] client meetings on your end? We’d love to hear more + see additional context! =)

A lot of potential clients who are booking meetings with me come from our website. Having context to their meeting is extremely helpful.

We experimented with open ended questions. At the end of the day, having goal oriented answers with clickable checkboxes, made it easier and more fun for the client to provide us with more info.

Thanks for the response @LennyBlock - that makes sense! Open-ended questions def have their time and place, but predetermined responses on your booking page for clients to choose from with fun boxes to check do seem more engaging (and easier/faster) - therefor more likely to keep the attention of the invitee while booking. Thanks again for sharing!
