I work with several building in multiple districts, so I have a calendar for each building set up so staff can see which days I will be in their building and set times for us to meet. They can choose a 1:1 planning session, a team planning session, or a whole class session where I model or co-teach a lesson with the teacher. I also ask the person to tell me their room number, their grade level, and anything they would like me to know before I come (resources they have tried, strategies they would like to explore together and so on.).
