Without further delay, let’s get you a better understanding of how to clone an event type and how to utilize this fun feature. 👯 How to Clone an Event TypeTo clone an event type, click the gear icon in the top right corner of the event type > click “clone”:How to clone an ETOnce you’ve done this, the cloned event type will automatically pop up and you will be able to edit any/all sections you please (name, description, duration, availability, booking notifications and so on).  💡 Tip: Your booking pages link will not dynamically change with the event name. When I make time available to people, is there a way that I can indicate that in my calendar so I don't accidentally double book? In other words, if I have office hours for my students and make those time slots available to them, is there any way that I can show in my own calendar that I’ve made those times available?

How to Use Calendly to Schedule Group Meetings Easily

Hi everyone,I wanted to share a simple tip I’ve been using to schedule group meetings with Calendly, and it’s been working great for me! Create a New Event Type: Go to Event Types and click on “New Event Type.” Choose Group so multiple people can book the same time slot. Set the Availability: Make sure you set specific days and times when you're available. This will help reduce overlap and ensure everyone can find a common time. Customize the Event: You can add custom questions for attendees, like their meeting agenda or preferred topics, to make the meeting more organized. Share the Link: Once your event is ready, share the link with your group. Everyone can pick a time that works for them, and you won’t need to send dozens of emails back and forth. Using Calendly to send automatic emails - but without meetings?

We’ll be doing many tradeshows this fall, and as our call-to-action, we’d like to offer attendees the choice to either simply received more info on our company and offers via email, and/or also book a meeting with us. Thus, I’d like to use Calendly to have a “landing page” offering the person to opt for receving an email, but without the obligation of also setting up a meeting. It this possible? Group of meetings cancelled

I just received a number of cancellation notices from meetings I had on May 28, 2024.  Our Outlook automatically gets archived regularly and it looks like my calendar has been archived through that date (05/28/2024).  I’m wondering if that’s the reason for the cancellations?  What’s odd is I’ve never received these cancellation notices before even though I’ve been using the software for 18 months.

Sending WhatsApp messages for reminders and event details

WhatsApp is a major communication channel in India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and South America.We schedule many meetings and want to send WhatsApp reminders to attendees to ensure maximum turnout. Currently, we use Zixflow via Make to send these messages, but there is no direct integration yet. Calendly doesn't work!!!! Shows I can be booked during Busy times.

The issue is not busy or free appointments - it's common sense it will work with free appointments - but it is still scheduling appointments during clearly marked BUSY appointments. It sucks with time zones and won't reflect the time zone set in outlook. Forced to use this by company who clearly can't see Calendly doesn't work!!

How to capture Booked payments event to GA4?

I need help!The GA4 measurement ID was integrated to Calendly - based on this https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001575393-Calendly-Google-Analytics#calendly-google-analytics-0-0Scenario of booking: after the details are filled-in, there is the price included. Then payment details will be entered, then user will click the “Schedule Event” button.If this is the event for the successful booking “invitee_meeting_scheduled”, what is the event looked like in GA4 for the successful booking with payment? Will the purchase event automatically be captured in GA4 for the successfully booked with payment?I need your insights. Hi everyone,I’ve been using Calendly to help schedule meetings for my team, and I wanted to share what’s been working for us. Adding multiple users to one event?

I need to add 2 users, 3 calenders to one event and allow it to show availability of the 2 users? It’s for a mortgage broking business, having the calendar on the website but want it to show availability of appointments with two users if that makes sense? So if a client books online they would be able to select between advisers or if oone adviser was unavilable they could select the other.

NEED more ability to move events to other Teams or Members.

NEED more ability to move events to other Teams or Members. I read the guides. But somehow missed where we could not MOVE events between teams or team members. This is a MUST. Also, NEED the ability to over-ride availability for a specific event, such as a checkmark that says “ignore availability and always show as available for this event.”

Hello! I Have following Problem: I have just updated calendly to 'Teams'. Subscription and payment was made as I want to install 'round robin'. Now, I want to invite a second person. But when I want to do it, there is a note, I have to upgrade my account again to the next level.. payment another 139$!??
