Whenever a user books a slot using calendly and fills the booking form, I want to push the invitee data into my database. Is there a way to do that without using integrations like zapier?
Hey there,
This will depend on the specific type of database you are talking about and utilizing. In any case, Calendly cannot communicate (send data) to a third party tool/platform (your database) without somehow being “told” to, so an integration like Zapier might still be necessary -- but we also might be able to work around it!
That said, depending on what exactly your goal is and what kind of “database” you’re working with, there might be a couple of non-integration options if you are dev savvy.

Lastly, I’m going to move this topic that you created over to our API + Webhook Help forum so that our dev experts can answer any questions you might have after you dig into the info I’ve provided, here. They’ll def be able to help you sort out any confusion you have or road blocks you might run up against!
Have a great day, and a great long weekend (if you have one coming up)! ️
