Community Etiquette
Userlevel 7

Hello, Calendly Community! 🤗 We are so glad you are here!

I wanted to take a moment to offer some advice regarding community etiquette.

📩 Direct Messages: members are welcome to DM each other any time they’d like! However, we do not suggest sending direct messages to community managers when in need of assistance with your Calendly account functionality. This is not the fastest way to get help and, when posting publicly, you benefit the entire community! However, we understand that at some point there might arise a need for a private message. Please know that we will check our messages, but, if you are sending a question that should be posted publicly we might not get to that message and/or might respond asking that you do post publicly.

💡 Creating Unique Topics: We understand that it can be tempting to comment on an existing topic in order to ask your own question! However, if your comment is not on-topic, we are likely to split it off and create a new topic for you to benefit you and the community.

🚫 Spam: if you notice a topic or comment that might be spam, please report it! We check reports throughout each day and want to keep this community safe for you to use.

If you have any questions surrounding this advice or anything else, please feel free to comment below! ⬇
