How to show schedule without client booking?

Hello!  How can I show my schedule WITHOUT the client actually being able to book an appointment?

Sync Multiple Exchange Calendars with an Outlook Client Calendar and Calendly?

I have an Outlook client software calendar, and several Exchange Outlook calendars with different business partners?  Want to sync it all together and utilize Calendly.  Is there Microsoft tools to sync the Exchange calendars into my Outlook client software, and then simply sync Calendly to my Outlook client.  Or is syncing the Outlook client and each Exchange Outlook account to Calendly directly.  Though with that method my Outlook client will not show everything?  If possible would like to get them all synced into Outlook client and Calendly, and have each Exchange client only see calendar items for that specific account. Is this possible.

Two (2) Logos feeding (1) Calendar

Is it possible to have 2 different logos, where some forms use one logo and other forms use another logo?  Possibly personal or business?  Or is the only way to do this is to create 2 different Calendly account with different email addresses and have them both sync with the same calendar?  Use Free version if only one form, and paid version if you need multiple forms.

Icloud calendar sync no longer possible?

Hello there,I would like to sync my iCloud calendar with Calendly so that Calendly knows when I already have appointments scheduled. However, following these steps, I encounter the problem that iCloud sync is not selectable anywhere. Only Google, Outlook, and Exchange calendar sync options are offered. The same issue arises under Integrations & Apps >> Calendars, where no iCloud sync can be found either.Is there another way to do this?ThanksOliver

Not all booking form info is entered into created contact

Hello,Just signed up for Calendly and I love what I’ve seen so far!One problem that i can’t seem to find a solution for is… how to pass all the info captured in the booking form to the contact’s information.Here’s my example:Form hasFirst & Last NameEmail AddressWebsiteComment Box Now I get the Names & Email Address when the contact is created but I can’t figure out how to add the website to the contact.Any help would be much appreciated!

Workarounds for Max appointments per day (GLOBAL not by appointment type)

I’ve been using Professional Calendly for years and I’m still shocked that we can’t set a maximum amount of appointments that can be booked, per day. We can only set a daily limit by appointment TYPE. Not a GLOBAL max appointments per day.I need 2 max, per day. So I’m constantly having to reschedule clients who book a 3rd slot. Other than me constantly managing my availability blocks to prevent a 3rd booking - do any fellow Calendly users have any workarounds? I’m this close to cancelling and moving to another platform over constantly having babysit my availability and rescheduling clients.And yes, I’ve already put in a feature request. For years. Still nothing. It’s such a simple feature and I can’t imagine I’m the only one who has multiple appointment types (I primarily work with only 2 appointment types). Any suggestions/workarounds would be super helpful. Thank you!

How to turn off over daily limit auto re-scheduling

Hello, I had 3 meetings via my calendly, and just scheduled another meeting via another person’s calendly.Then my 2 meetings I already had were rescheduled automatically to the next available day with the earliest available time.How can I turn off this feature? It’s very rude to suddenly reschedule meetings so this makes me look back. Please turn off this feature, or atleast give an option to turn this off.Took a look in the settings and did not see any mention of this auto-rescheduling I want to turn off underScheduling settingsDaily limit3 eventsSet the maximum events allowed per day.Please tell me where to turn this feature off if possible. If not, please show me how to set up my calendly to avoid getting auto-reschedules on my own calendly where business partners have schedules a meeting.

Adding a One off appointment time

Is there a way with your current update to add a one-off appointment time. For example, I need to open up next Tuesday for 12:00-1:00 pm. This is usually my lunch hour. By the way, this is something that I need to do frequently. Block as well as add additional appointment times. Please tell your developers that not being able to do this simply and easily due to the new update is beyond frustrating.

Using My Email for Calendly Notifications

Consultation Double lane scheduling

He hired the annual plan to connect my calendars and ask him next.Calendly schedules meetings according to the configuration that you create on the platform and these schedules are displayed on other associated calendars. If I add an event to my calendar, for example, add a shift and then it could be reflected in the calendar and why eliminate a schedule that I have added to my calendar or solely manage the schedule and reflect it in my calendar?thanks

Can I set the duration of an event for 10 minutes?

I already have the intervals set to 10 mins. But I also want the duration of the booking to be 10 minutes. The minimum option that is available to me is a 15 minute meeting. (30, 45, 60, so on...). Is there a way for me to set the duration to only 10 minutes? Or is 15 mins the minimum and the duration options are fixed?

How to book multiple appointments at once

Dear Calendly,Is there already a update about: Booking multiple sessions at once?In the history of this community chat: I’ve seen that this topic is already asked multiple times and you are working on it.Can you please make it more urgent to solve this matter, as apparently so many are asking?My clients have mentioned that it is very inconvenient to have to book every session from scratch (meaning they have to fill in their name, email address and phone number). It would be very much appreciated if they can fill in their details once and then select multiple dates/times.Thank you so much.

Change scheduled meeting description, including attendees in description

The current edit details function for a scheduled meeting does not appear to allow editing of the meeting description itself, which includes the attendees. Occasional errors are made when 3rd parties are scheduling meetings on one's calendar that require correction. Is there any way to edit this description for a scheduled meeting? I can find no means of doing so on any of the menus for existing scheduled meetings. Please advise

Make it possible to start week on MONDAY

I can see plenty pf requests dating 9+ months from UK users asking for a basic feature/setting enabling the week to start on Monday (the first day of the week.) Why has this not been implemented? Is Calendly even working on this?

Hi, I have added a Calendly link to my linktree on Instagram and when I follow the link, it brings up the calendar first and the description of the call only comes after the call has been booked.Is there a way to have this the other way?? I would prefer a potential client to be able to read the description before they consider booking.I hope this makes sense!Thanks

Preventing rescheduling of events once booked

Hi, I’m booking a series of market research interviews. Once they have booked a time, I don’t want participants to be able to reschedule their invitation by themselves. How can I remove this capability?  Cheers!

Event Type not fully deleting

I recently switched from three event types to two event types, each with a different schedule. I successfully deleted the third Event Type from the main page (by clicking the setting button in the Event Type window, then clicking “delete”.) However, when I go to the side bar/drop down menu to the Availability tab, in the section where it says “Apply to these event types” - all three original event types are still there, including the deleted event type. If I make any changes from the Availability tab, it messes up all event type availability.

How to Override Calendly Widget CSS in Angular?

Hi,I'm using the Calendly inline widget in an Angular project and need to override specific styles (e.g., display: contents, justify-content: center) for the class _CUP1np9gMvFQrcPftuf. My attempts using ::ng-deep, !important, disabling ViewEncapsulation, and even Renderer2 for inline styles haven’t worked, as the external CSS (booking-469382ad.css) keeps overriding my styles.Is there any way to reliably override the Calendly widget's CSS, or any service that allows direct control over its styles?Thanks!
