Hi there,When I connect my Google Calendar email to Calendly and pull my calendar email, where can I view those imported events within Calendly? Are they listed somewhere directly in my Calendly dashboard, or are they only used to check for scheduling conflicts?Thank you!

Is it possible to have different Calendly links automatically categorize, by color, in outlook??

Hey Calendly!I’m using the `Calendly.initInlineWidget` JavaScript embed API. I need to know when the user picks a date/time and what date time they select. So I’m listening for the `calendly.date_and_time_selected` event, which is correctly fired when an time is selected. Hi everyone,I am asking this question on behalf of another Calendly user, as I’ll be supporting them. When we test a meeting in her calendar, that meeting appears duplicated, and she gets a message saying ‘this meeting conflicts with another’. However, on each test we only tried booking one meeting, for an event she created. She only had one meeting event in her whole Calendly account.Steps were:she created the event: e.g. ‘30 min Intro meeting’ she sent me the link I booked and selected a time/date when she was available the invite came through, for both of us but in her calendar appears duplicated. I’m not sure if it’s because she is the organizer and then, once I book the meeting invite, she’ll also be attending? However, i have done this with other  Calendly accounts and have not encountered this issue.I’m struggling to find an answer, and noticed the chat/submit a ticket function on Calendly shows an error, whether logged in or not -  appreciate the support. Monica  

I often book meetings for clients, and when I do that, I can’t send text reminders to them. Can you please create an option for that? 

This past month every few days my Outlook calendar (Microsoft365) keeps disconnecting. When I  go to reconnect I see a calendar with a long alpha-numeric name (like a SID) is shown, and I have to deselect it and reselect my actual calendar. Anyone know what’s going on with Microsoft and Calendly and why this is happening more and more?

I am using Calendly Notetaker for my meetings.   Sometimes the client joins early and I want to start the meeting early, but I don’t want Notetaker to join partway through and miss the start or interrupt.Can I set up Notetaker to always join my meetings 5 or 10 minutes early?   It could just hang out in the waiting room and whenever the meeting starts I’ll admit it so it can start taking notes.

the last response to this was 3 months ago.  I think you’ll find a significant no of people want this. I’ve just had a chat with google AI - you clearly need to prioritise this and don’t understand why it’s not on your roadmap. To assist I’ve received 0 bookings via google business profile. the issue has been illustrated  in earlier questions asking the same thing.

I used to have notetaker automatically joining my calls and now it’s gone and no idea how to re-activate it. Any suggestions?

Looks like Apple pay works for the regular calendly link, but it doesn’t seem to be showing up in the embeds for some reason. Is there a work around or is this one of the apple pay issues that the calendly developers are actively looking at? I’d love to be able to have our embeded calendly form accept apple pay and not just the direct calendly link accept it. Please let me know, thank you!

Recently my Android app stopped opening - it stays stuck on the screen with the logo. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it opened again but is now freezing again. Any suggestions for rectifying this - it’s creating major problems for me.

I’m trying to reschedule a meeting in the app. I prefer to use the app for this because it lets me see overall availability and sometimes I need to override another meeting, I can’t see how to do this on the website any more. Am I missing something here?I get an error message: Sorry! the operation couldn’t be completed (CalendlyKit APIError error 1) So the appt wasn’t rescheduled. I try it on my other device and it says Sorry! That start time has been filled. What do I need to do?

Hey communitySome clients have made bookings that show up correctly on Google calendar, however, when I go back to double check past bookings, the date is usually shown as the date before.So if the booking was made on the 8th, it would correctly display on Google calendar.However, when I search for the booking on the Calendly system, it’s recorded as the date before, 7th for example.I have also had clients say that they were confused about the time.As they’ve booked 5pm for example, but on their calendar it shows up as 5am Please let me know what I’m doing wrong. Kind RexR3x3011

Hi, new here.I’ve set up three events and have a few people successfully book on. Great.They paid (I’m using Stripe) and received their booking confirmation emails. Then someone contacted me saying that they’ve paid and showed me the ‘pending’ payment on their bank account. But they were not showing as booked onto the appointment. I’ve just had another person tell me that they’ve booked onto another event time. And they are also not showing as booked on. Bit worried as to where my bookings are going. They are paying, and I’m not seeing it. Any help is much appreciated. ThanksRonners

My Calendly integration with outlook and teams is connected and has recently stopped working. However when clients try to book a Teams meeting they are unable to. Any help on why the integration has recently stopped working 

90%+ of our userbase is Arabic speaking and prefer reading content in Arabic.We face several issues because of this:No RTL (right-to-left) language support makes the UI of the landing pages look awkward Unprofessional landing page with a mixture of languages Event name and description - Arabic “Select a Day” calendar title - English Calendar entirely in English (Month & weekdays) - it’s fine to keep the numbers as they are Time selection flow - English Event details (duration, time/date, timezone) - English “Enter details” Title = English Fields forced by Calendly (name, email) English Additional fields we want to add - Arabic Success/confirmation page - English Our company has been paying for Calendly for years and we’re looking to scale up our usage soon, but we cannot justify paying for a bad user experience much longer.If there’s a roadmap that can give us an estimate on when, if ever, these issues will be addressed, we would love to hear about it.   

Hi all, Our company is based in the Middle East and everyone’s week here starts on Sunday.Yet all of our booking pages start on Monday.I’ve seen this topic covered in posts, but all seem to be from 1 year ago, and complaining about the opposite (that it’s starting on Sunday, but they need it from Monday).

Hello, I have purchased the standard plan but still can’t schedule collective meetings. When I try it says there was an error and it thinks I have a free plan. I tried using the chat support but don’t see the bubble and I tried to manage the cookie settings to have the chat pop up and I can’t change those either. How can I schedule a collective meeting.

I’ve been using Professional Calendly for years and I’m still shocked that we can’t set a maximum amount of appointments that can be booked, per day. We can only set a daily limit by appointment TYPE. Not a GLOBAL max appointments per day.I need 2 max, per day. So I’m constantly having to reschedule clients who book a 3rd slot. Other than me constantly managing my availability blocks to prevent a 3rd booking - do any fellow Calendly users have any workarounds? I’m this close to cancelling and moving to another platform over constantly having babysit my availability and rescheduling clients.And yes, I’ve already put in a feature request. For years. Still nothing. It’s such a simple feature and I can’t imagine I’m the only one who has multiple appointment types (I primarily work with only 2 appointment types). Any suggestions/workarounds would be super helpful. Is there a way to max out number of calls booked per day across ALL Calendly events? Thank you!

I am looking to set a max number of meetings for my team members across the several event types we have. I have seen this topic come up several times within the Calendly Community threads. Is there any resolution to this issue?
