Outlook Add in not syncing meeting types

I have always used my outlook add-in extension to send booking links to individuals.  Recently the updated meeting types are not showing in the drop down.   If i open Calendly on the desktop, i see the correct meetings, but the outlook extension showing previously deleted and not the full list.

Map Routing and selected time

We are a mobile service business.  We’d like to use a map routing system to plan our route for the following day for efficiency.  Is it possible for someone to reserve the date and not a time?  We would let them know the day before what time we will be there based on where they are on our route.

Calnedly not populating my Outlook calendar

Calendly is not connecting to the Outlook calendar I need it to connect with (my business calendar). It says that it's connected (yes, my personal calendar) and will not allow me to add another domain; any suggestions?

Feature request for more flexible availability

This has been requested numerous times before but doesn’t seem like it’s been acted upon yet. so rehashing this.  Would love the ability to have more flexible repeating availability in our calendars: eg. repeats every X months, weeks, days.  Many of us have bi-weekly or other variable repeating availability and this would really streamline things. Having only weekly repeating and date-specific settings is extremely limiting and not what one would expect from a powerful calendar scheduling tool.

Calendly cancellations are not synching to Outlook 365 or to Zoom

Calendly appointments are correctly creating an Outlook 365 meeting and a Zoom session, however when a client cancels in Calendly, the cancellation is not showing up on Outlook or Zoom.

Wrong language on meeting invite

Am brand new to Calendly and based in UK. Did a test invite to myself to check the system. And it went okay except the invite date and time etc was in Italian, not English. I checked my seetings on the Scheduling page and the language is set for English. So why am I getting an invite in Italian? It reminded me that every Calendly invite I’ve received in the last 2 years from anyone in any country (US, Belgium, Canada) has also come into me in Italian. Is there some problem in Calendly that all (or some) contacts in the UK are getting invits in Italian by default?

Hide Event Type Details

I’ve tried using hide_event_type_details=1 to remove the event type details from an inline embedded form. My goal is to eliminate the unnecessary step of making someone click a single listed event type just to select a date and time. How to configure one landing page for two users (with joint & individual meetings)

I need help figuring out how to configure our Calendly landing page. I run a financial planning practice with two individuals (myself and a partner).We hold many of our appointments jointly, but we also each have our own individual meetings. We’re on the Professional plan with two seats. Both of us are signed in, and our Outlook calendars are linked.So far, I’ve: Created individual event types for each of us. Created “collective” event types for clients to meet with both of us. Here’s the issue:When clients use the landing page link on our website (accessed from our website, or emailed by our office manager), the page only shows my event types. It does not include my partner’s event types or the collective event types I created.How can I best configure this so we have one landing page where clients can choose: Meeting with me, Meeting with my partner, or Meeting with both of us? Thanks in advance for any advice!

Can't log into account through Microsoft

My company's domain has changed. Although I still have access to my old email address, Microsoft won't recognize it to let me log into my calendly account. Can't login to ask for support. Can't ask for a password reset since it logs using Microsoft SSO.

Saving New Availability

Hi,I’m hoping for some help….I’m in Availability and using the calendar to update the times I’m available.  I’m clicking Apply in each calendar box, and then clicking Apply in the Event box - I only have one event.  But, the changes I’m making aren’t saving to what the public sees...they only see a random list of various times.How can I ‘save’ the changes I’m making so that the public sees the correct available times?Thank you,Rick

Error "Your meeting request could not be finalized with this host" When people try to book a meeting

Hello,when people try to book a meeting they see this error: Oops, something went wrong.Your meeting request could not be finalized with this host. If you feel you've reached this message in error, please reach out to support with below error code.  Even when I try to preview the booking page here in Calendly and try to schedule a test event I see the same error.Has anyone seen similar problem? Any idea?Will appreciate any help.

Two times coming up for one event.

My event is set for 7pm UK time, it is a 1 host, multiple invitees event. When I go through the link it shows two times where I can book in. 7pm and 12 am the following date.

Contacts-Full Name, Need Separate First and Last

In the contact list, there is no way to filter contacts by last name since the name field is first & last combined.Does Calendly have any plans to update this so we can filter by last name? If the name field was separated by first and last, we could choose to filter by either one.Thanks

Google My Business Featured BOOK Button : When available?

Dear Calendly, I am another Calendly user who has been trying to work around the fact that Calendly is not integrated directly with Google My Business. While I understand that I can add Calendly to my Google My Business account, the lack of direct integration means that the very visible BOOK ONLINE BUTTON is unavailable. I understand from reading other posted questions on this subject that Calendly is considering this problem. I would like to have an update on your timeline for Google My Business integration. If such integration is not scheduled in the shortterm future then I, like many others I assume, will be forced to change to another booking App which has Google My Business Integration .For many sole practitioners whose business traffic works quite extensively through Google and their review system, the lack of a direct visibility BOOK ONLINE BUTTON on our My Business profile page is severly detrimental to our practices. Power Automate HTTP Call to Calendly API Failing with “The access token is invalid”

Hi all,I’m using the Calendly API in a Power Automate flow, specifically the https://api.calendly.com/scheduled_events endpoint inside a HTTP call. As of this morning, the flow is failing with the error below. No changes have been made to the flow or the action in weeks. “The access token is invalid” I’ve already tried generating a new API token, and I can confirm the token works fine when tested in Postman. The issue only seems to occur in Power Automate. Here’s the call structure from my flow:  URI: https://api.calendly.com/scheduled_events Method: GET Headers: Authorization: Bearer <Token> Content-Type: application/json Query Params: Organization: https://api.calendly.com/organizations/<org_id>  Has anyone else run into this issue with Power Automate? Any ideas on why the token would work in Postman but fail inside a flow? Or what’s changed in the last week to make it fail?

URGENT | Promo Codes Addition

Team at Calendly, I have been building up my business for about 3 weeks now planning to release on Monday next week. I had my business model down everything ready to go. My last step was to set up payments which went smooth.  However, a big part of my business model was to have different promo codes for segmented groups. I realized that calendly and integration with either stripe/paypal does not offer this.  Now, I am spiraling. Researching different platforms to use instead of calendly. Is the team able to explore this opportunity? I see many others have brought it up in the past with no action from the team. Thanks,Nathan

Discount Codes

Many people have been asking for the ability to offer / apply discount codes to paid bookings. It’s always met with positive feedback and something that is going to be implement but there is never a firm commitment to timescale. When will this be available?I know about the work arounds and I’m not interested in the work arounds it’s not practical.If it isn’t soon, with some regret we’re going to have to find another booking and diary management provider. Thanks

Bonjour, je suis thérapeute et je n’arrive pas à configurer mon Calendly. J’aimerais que, lorsqu’un patient réserve un rdv, ce créneau n’apparaisse plus comme disponible pour les visiteurs suivants. Bonjour,Je souhaite définir une durée d'événement à certaines dates (1 mercredi sur 2), différente de la durée des événements habituels.Par exemple : la durée standard de mes événements est de 90min. 1 mercredi sur 2, je souhaite pouvoir réduire cette durée à 80min. Est-ce possible ?J'ai donc 2 questions :- possible d imposer une durée de 80min ?- possible de définir une durée différente sur certains événements ?Merci !
