First of all, thanks for launching an MCP server that supports OAuth 2.1 + DCR !We’re integrating with Calendly’s hosted MCP server from our web application (Babelbeez). In our current implementation, we perform dynamic client registration once per provider/environment and then cache that OAuth client registration for reuse, rather than creating a new OAuth client registration for each end user. Each of our users still completes their own OAuth consent flow and receives their own separate access/refresh tokens.We wanted to confirm whether, from Calendly’s side, this shared app identity has any implications at the application level — for example around app-wide rate limits, auditing/analytics, revocation/invalidating the client registration, or any compliance/trust considerations when many end users authorize the same registered application.Is this usage pattern acceptable/recommended on your side, and are there any provider-level limits or caveats we should be aware of?Thanks!  

Hi there,  We are trialing calendly for our organization and are trying to get it to connect to our on prem Exchange 2019 server. I have checked and we have correctly whitelisted all traffic from the calendly IP list provided at https://ip-whitelist.calendly.com/ ; We pass all connection tests on the microsoft connectivity analyser; but when I try to connect with my exchange email and password, whether or not I fill in the Server URL and Domain and Username, it always fails. We are not seeing any connection attempts on our edge proxies.Thanks!

Does Calendly support configuring overlapping availability windows (e.g., 8:00–12:00, 10:00–2:00, 12:00–4:00), or is there a recommended way to offer these types of scheduling options?

Dear Calendly team, Is there any update regarding the integration of the Bancontact payment method via Stripe? This issue has been raised in multiple topics and was supposed to be followed up, but unfortunately, after many months of waiting, there has still been no change.When can we expect this? I recently set up a calendar event. When I went to set the date range, the option was gone. I can only adjust the number of days into the future with # of hours notice. I am not able to customize with a date range without it impacting my other calendar events. Appreciate any insight.

Hello All,Recently my Calendly link is no longer working. I suspect it has to do with the URL, whenever I remove the end bit (containing the date) I can refresh the link and it will work.That being said, constantly refreshing/editing links is a hassle, and hard to communicate through to people interacting with the link for the first time.How can I fix this?

 Someone calling themselves a legitimate business to send fake invitations for who knows what. Anything I can do to stop this? 

I cannot see the invoice for my payments, I there isn’t any way to contact with support, it is crazy that the only way to contact with Calendly team is this community forum…please help!

Hi there, We use a map routing system that requires us to move appts to other times based on the route.  The problem is that the rescheduling button does not give the option to “override”.  I need to switch clients around and can’t because the time I need to switch them to is already taken. I need the override option to be available on the reschedule button. Do you have another way without canceling and creating a new appt setting off a chain of workflows that don’t work for us?

I’ve been trying to get in touch with support this month, but the chat feature isn’t working. I’m looking to get a refund for the payment that was recently processed. Is there another way to get in touch with support?

Hi like a previous commenter I receive an “Too many requests. Please try again later. “ after rebooking 2 appointments.  It is not convenient to have to wait 5-15  minutes to continue rebooking meetings with 20+ people.    

I’m a sales rep (Eastern timezone) and start my day at 7:30a to accommodate my prospects’ availability in EMEA, so my Calendly availability is set up to support those early meetings.  What I want to avoid are situations where someone sets a meeting overnight for first thing that morning which is what happened this morning.To be clear, I don’t have a problem with early morning meetings, I just don’t want a surprise waiting for me when I wake up.  I asked ChatGPT to draw up a flowchart to try and explain what I’m asking for. 

Can someone please tell me how to make sure my Zoom link shows up in previously scheduled appointments. I have connected Zoom, but I do not see the appointment in Zoom or the link on the appointment.

I am writing to inquire about a potential solution or integration feature for Calendly.Currently, when I book interviews through JazzHR, the Google Calendar invite includes the Job Profile links and IDs in the description, which makes it very convenient to access candidate information. However, when booking through Calendly, only the candidate's name is displayed in the calendar invite.Is it possible to pull these same links (Job Profile/Candidate Profile) into Calendly meetings so they are visible in my Google Calendar once a booking is confirmed?

Je viens de m’inscrire sur Calendly et j’ai deux problèmes :1/ le mail de notification que je reçois m’indique un horaire sur mon fuseau horaire, mais le mail de confirmation que reçois mon client lui indique un autre fuseau horaire et il peut donc y avoir confusion sur l’horaire réel.2/ lorsque je souhaite effectuer une modification dans mon calendrier et que je coche “ne pas envoyer de mise à jour au client”, cela lui adresse tout de même un mail. I have paid the bill for standard plan, which is USD 14.16 but still it is not activated yet. I'm still in the free plan. The chatbot is useless, I’ve raised tickets with it 3 times already but haven’t got a single email for the same. hello, I have updated my zoom with a new passcode, and when the calendly pulls the information it is putting the old outdated passcode...how do I update the location setting in the email ? or can I manually add the info I want and remove integration from zoom? what is the best thing to do? I just want the correct passcode to go in the email and zoom is all updated and set up correctly but calendly is not providing the right info.  thank you!
