Refresh token using oauth with calendly api encounters failure

Hi community,when i refresh the oauth token using the calendly apiurl: `https://auth.calendly.com/oauth/token`method: POSTdata: 'grant_type=refresh_token&refresh_token=<refresh_token>' it throws bad request errorcode: 'ERR_BAD_REQUEST',response:     data: {      error: 'invalid_grant',      error_description: 'The provided authorization grant is invalid, expired, revoked, does not match the redirection URI used in the authorization request, or was issued to another client.'    }please help or suggest what could be the issue, we are following the api reference correctly,this happens when token gets expired multiple times and after multiple times of refresh it throws the above error or let’s say the oauth token expired and later after when refreshing the token throws the above error

“New Schedule” in the Availability settings seems to be gone

I just noticed that the ability to create individual “schedules” in the Availability settings seems to be gone, and I can’t help but wonder why one of the most useful features in Calendly was removed. Previously, I could set up different schedules like “Free Sessions,” “Paid Sessions,” “Client Sessions,” or “Sales Sessions” and apply them to specific event types as needed. This made it so easy to manage my availability and tailor it for different purposes. Now, it seems we’re limited to managing everything under one default schedule, which feels like a step backward. It’s making scheduling less efficient and more time-consuming for those of us who rely on this flexibility. Was this change intentional? If so, is there a replacement feature in the works, or is there some workaround that I might have missed? I’d love to hear how others are handling this change or if Calendly has plans to address this.

Location note not appearing

I entered an event location to my invite and then added a note to give directions on how to get to the specific area we will be. But when I look at the booking page, my note does not appear anywhere.

Moving Appointments in Outlook/Teams

Hi, I have some questions around moving appointments. If i’m manaing my outlook calendar and I have an appointment today scheduled from calendly at 10 AM, and I drag and drop that appointment to 3 PM. The participant gets sent a reminder email and the appointment is updated in my Outlook, does Calendly ever update that in their system as the new time. When I use this means to reschedule (Drag n Drop) it seems like Calendly does not update backwards from outlook. If I do this for sake of efficiency and not having to click through the booking page, will it impact my analytics?

Blacklisted IP Addresses - not getting notifications

I don’t receive notifications from notifications@calendly.com. As it turns out, Calendly IP Adresses are publicly blacklisted. You can see it here: https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a167.89.22.99&run=toolpage Calendly is the one who is sending emails from IP adress: 167.89.22.99OrgName:        SendGrid, Inc.OrgId:          SENDG-12Address:        Twilio, Inc.Address:        1801 California StreetAddress:        Suite 500You should be able to delist it from blacklisthttps://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a167.89.22.99&run=toolpageIf you're not be able to do this, please try use clear IP adress, which is not listed of any kind of blacklist.

Ongoing Issue with Calendly and Exchange Integration

Hello,I’ve been experiencing recurring issues with the connection between Calendly and Exchange.The connection seems to disconnect intermittently, which prevents my clients from booking appointments as they receive a message saying the calendar is unavailable.Similarly, when I try to create a poll, the system doesn’t seem to retrieve the available slots and instead shows an error message.When I check the synchronization page, I occasionally see that the Exchange server is disconnected. Refreshing the page sometimes resolves the issue temporarily, but it’s not consistent.This is puzzling, as everything worked perfectly for the past 1.5 years, but over the last few months, I’ve encountered this problem repeatedly. I haven’t made any changes to my configuration during this time.Could you please help me resolve this issue?Thank you in advance for your assistance.Best regards,

Additional Accepted Currencies via Paypal and Stripe

I would like to inquire about the possibility of integrating other currency options into Calendly. From my perspective, the current limitation is quite restrictive. While I appreciate and enjoy using Calendly, the inability to transact in my own currency poses a challenge in tracking payments and confirming appointments.This limitation requires additional manual effort, whereas other platforms seamlessly handle currency transactions in my currency. I am curious why Calendly does not offer this feature?From the client's perspective, it adds another layer by redirecting them to an external site for payments and adds confusion.It would greatly enhance the user experience if currency integration (other than $, € and £!) could be included within Calendly. I offer this as a suggestion for consideration by the Calendly team.Unfortunately, I find myself exploring alternative programs due to this particular limitation, although I very much would prefer to stay with Calendly.

How to make my calendar busy but keep it free so that people can book via zoom

HiI offer group coaching. I have the time marked as ‘free’ within my google calendar so that this will correlate with my zoom meeting and allow people to book in. However I don’t want the time to show as ‘free’ because I don’t want other clients booking in whilst I am busy on this group call. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

My calendar doesn't show any times available for the every month and I have not changed any settings? It just started to show no times available.

I haven’t changed any setting on my availability and since December 9th I have not been able to have anyone schedule a time.  It says “no time in December” View next month and every month says this. I tried creating a calendar using google no to see if it was an issue with calendly and the same thing happened.  Any idea why this would happen?

About 50% of the emails being sent through notifcations@calendly.com end up in my client’s/prospects spam folder.  Please advise how I can fix this.

Calendly embed loading twice

Hello,I have embeded our Calendly on a dedicated page on our website via an iframe. Everytime I open the page, the Calendly loads a first time and then disappears for a second before loading again. So it essentially loads twice. It isn’t systematic, but I’d say this occurs 80% of the time. I cannot figure out what is causing this issue. Share one link with multiple invitees for one-on-ones at specific times

I want to allow my 10 clients to book individual feedback meetings with me during a defined set of specific dates -- say all 5 days of the coming week. I want to send out one Calendy link in a group email to all 10 clients and let them choose their times from the slots available.  That does not seem possible in Calendy; as soon as one client uses the link it goes dead for the other 9 clients. The only way to do it is to send separate emails to each of the 10 clients with an separate link to the event in each one. That is very inefficient and time consuming. Surely there must be a way to invite a group of people to each choose their individual meeting times. Can someone help me with that.  I’m fairly new to Calendy and am trying to master the fundamentals.

One Link for All Team Members

I’ve read through similar questions, but none of them are exactly what I need.  Here is my scenario:I am on a training team.  We all have Calendly accounts.  Normally we would just send a link to a client and have them select their time.  What we would like to be able to do is to send a link to clients that allows them to select their preferred/assigned trainer.  However, if that trainer is not available during their window, they can just select a best date and time and a trainer would be assigned that time.

Mutliple schedule availabilty disappeared

Hello all,I need your help. Since two days, in my Calendly, the two schedules I had created for my availability have disappeared. I had two schedules that were different from each other so that I could arrange my calendar for different types of events. But now these have disappeared and only the default calendar is available. I have a professional annual subscription. Is this a bug or has something changed in the subscriptions?Thanks in advance for your help.

Multiple Calendars Sync but make booking with a specific calendar

I have 4 calendars across different businesses.  I can sync all 4 calendars from an availability standpoint but I want to have a specific booking link for each different calendar i.e. I want to have a calendar link in my email for @acmeinc that will see availability in all my calendars but if someone books time with me it will be in the @acmeinc calendar. Similarly my @ABCINC email calendar link will also see availability over all my calendars but if they use that link it will book into the @ABCINC calendar. I cannot see that this is possible on Calendly without paying for 4 subscriptions (which is a silly workaround IMO)

Calendly events automatically deleted with outlook sync

Hi 👋🏻 I’m having an issue where my clients are booking using Calendly. The bookings are fine and they are able to book. But, when I open outlook and sync (using CalDav) it’s automatically deleting, thus canceling, any bookings that were made through Calendly. Any suggestions how to stop this?

Bonjour!J’ai du louper un épisode, avant j’avais la possibilité d’avoir plusieurs types d’agenda, je n’ouvre pas toutes mes prestations en même temps et je travaille entre Nancy et Paris. C’était très pratique de pouvoir personnaliser. Mais là je n’ai plus qu’un planning par défaut et plus la possibilité de créer un planning avec des disponibilités particulières. Que s’est-il passé?

Change of business email address

Hello, I have recently changed the trading name of my business. I have edited all publically viewable words and email addresses. However, I am still receiving booking confirmation emails at my old email address. Where can I edit the email address associated with my account? I have been using Calendly for years and never had to set up users (there is only 1 anyway) - but I have been through all the options and cannot see anywhere to edit my email address. Scheduling a Lunch or Dinner Event for 15 People

I have an out of town business executive that I want to meet 15 of my hand-picked students.  This exec will mingle for a bit, give a 30 min presentation, and then we’ll have a meal.   It could be at lunch or at dinner, depending on what time slot works best for the most people. I can work with the business exec and we can establish a number of available 2 hour slots over a 3-4 week time period, but I don’t want to book the event until I’ve gotten feedback from all the 15 possible attendees.In the meantime, if the two of us offer 6 alternatives to the 15 attendees, I want those blocked out on my calendar, and the exec’s calendar until the final meeting time and place has been finalized. Can I use the personal copy of Calendly that I license to do this?

Chat not working

I am logged in to Calendly and trying to contact someone via the chat. It asks me to please log in (even though I’m logged in). After opening to a new tab it confirms I’m logged in and directs me back to the chat. It then says there is an error please try again in a few mins - this has happened for the last few hours.Anyone else running into this issue? I am trying to follow up on a ticket I raised last week and haven’t heard back from anyone at Calendly.Would greatly appreciate any help.
