Depuis quelques semaines, Calendly ne m'envoie plus de notification de nouveau rdv.Comment y remédier ? Je n'ai pas trouvé d'informations utiles. 

Right now my voice ai agent is using a tool call to try to fill in fields and it’s able to do everything but the question where it requires to check a checkbox. I don’t see anywhere we can make the checkbox be filled in via api’s. Is this possible?   

For years, I’ve been using Calendly the same way, I make a team, and then assign meetings to that team. This allows me to group types of meetings but organizing them on team landing pages. I no longer have the ability to add meetings to teams. What happened?

Is Calendly down? Getting an error: Method Not Allowed

When looking at my transactions in Stripe, it shows a paid event as “Incomplete” (customer has not entered their payment method.) I cannot find the customer tied to this transaction. How do I find the specific customer in order to address this payment issue with them? And, is there a way in Calendly to prevent the meeting from being scheduled when the customer does not enter their payment method? Thank You!

I have Calendly for 2 years, everything was going well but since yesterday I can no longer book an appointment from my app for my customers. After validation of the event, I have an error message for 2 days

Another email extolling the virtues of Calendly and encouraging me to spend more cash on it. Compete waste of time and an email. You nixed Apple users in one fell swoop.I’m now with Meetergo. It does all that Calendly does, but integrates with iOS and Apple products.Own goal there, chaps.0/10.

The updates to the platform are not helpful. The meeting poll functionality has gotten worse and not better. Trying to figure out who can / can’t attend one of the dates used to be sooooo clear. Now I have to hunt for the information. Since you show everyone who voted on each option, I have to hunt for where it just shows who selected that option, and it’s only visible by hovering. This is NOT helpful if I’m trying to find consensus while still needing to prioritize certain individuals’ participation.  It’s clear that you have not asked someone who has to schedule a lot of group meetings for their input. 

I recently tried to set up availability in my calendar for off-site meetings only to accommodate clients during renovations.I created off-site versions of each event type I set up a secondary calendar with days/times available for off-site events I set up exceptions in my on-site calendar so those events could not be booked I added availability to the off-site calendar with specific dates/timesMy calendar showed no availability at all during the renovations and I don’t know what I did wrong.I’d like to be able to be able to do this in future, what should I have done?Thank you!Liz

The issue is the setting labeled free/busy: it is set to ALLOW invitees to book OVER events.   ***I spent several hours add exceptions like meeting begins with a, b, c, d, e….etc. to include the entire alphabet and it did not help at all.  I had an appointment scheduled at 6:00 Wednesday the 29th on my Google calendar and had to CHANGE the client to accommodate the calendly meeting that overbooked to that occupied/busy time slot. I had to change the previously booked appointment this week, and several times last week. Very unprofessional and will potentially lose clients if this continues.  This happens for all meetings and happened several times so far.  I have disconnected and reconnected my calendars. I have adjusted and worked on my Google calendar settings. I have adjusted everything I can think of through calendly. I’ve had someone reach out to me with a Calendly link that requires me to log in to be able to book an appointment.1st issue: once i click the link and try to log in with my Google account - it says my personal email address is invalid.2nd issue: the person who sent the link claims that “The Calendly link I shared is specifically set up for X Company” and requires authentication to ensure a secure scheduling process”.I am concerned this is being used as a phishing attempt. Can you please comment on the validity of the process and claims above. Hi everyone, I created my first routing form recently and noticed that on mobile views—and only on mobile!—the menu that displays your dropdown choices appears at the bottom of the view when the user clicks or taps the field. This is an extremely non-standard behavior for a very well-defined and established UI paradigm of dropdown buttons where clicking a dropdown field will either expand from the field where the user clicked or in a worst case scenario, pop some kind of modal dialog. Calendly does neither here and confusingly shows the button at the bottom of the page. This should be reconsidered because it’s confusing to users and does not provide any kind of meaningful improvement to the experience. You can see in my screenshot here that he desktop and tablet-width views both operate in a standard way when clicking the first dropdown menu at the top of the form, so the mobile behavior working like this is also an inconsistency that’s been introduced for no discernible reason. I have a paid account and it is associated with an email address I no longer have access to. I tried logging in and after entering my password, the message stated a code was sent to my email address. Please help. I need another way to login so I can change my email address.

Hi, new here.I’ve set up three events and have a few people successfully book on. Great.They paid (I’m using Stripe) and received their booking confirmation emails. Then someone contacted me saying that they’ve paid and showed me the ‘pending’ payment on their bank account. But they were not showing as booked onto the appointment. I’ve just had another person tell me that they’ve booked onto another event time. And they are also not showing as booked on. Bit worried as to where my bookings are going. They are paying, and I’m not seeing it. Any help is much appreciated. ThanksRonners

Hi,for one type of appointment, I need clients to make a confirmation. So in the workflow I have set this and it works fine. But a client now receives two emails, the standard just after booking and the confirmation. I want a client to get just one email. So switch off the standard, or let them confirm in the standard email, than I don’t need the workflow.Please help me.

My Calendly integration with outlook and teams is connected and has recently stopped working. However when clients try to book a Teams meeting they are unable to. Any help on why the integration has recently stopped working 

Hi there,When I connect my Google Calendar email to Calendly and pull my calendar email, where can I view those imported events within Calendly? Are they listed somewhere directly in my Calendly dashboard, or are they only used to check for scheduling conflicts?Thank you!
