Hi,When a client is rescheduling their appointment in Calendly, it is not canceling the original appointment. It is only adding the new appointment. I am currently using the Outlook 365 Calendar integration from the Calendly side. Do I also need to install the plugin on the Outlook side?

Dear Calendly team, Is there any update regarding the integration of the Bancontact payment method via Stripe? Sometimes my invitees get meeting cancellation mails without me or anyone from my side initiating the cancellation. This happens on the day of the scheduled meeting. Why does it happen? How can it be stopped?

Hi there. I saw this had posted a while ago. I am new to Calendly and I feel like I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps. I have “Indefinitely into the future” selected but I still cannot see anything 3 months or over. Is there a limit on the free account? Thanks for any assistance. 

Following the calendly cancel URL within a meeting created by calendly in Chrome / Google Calender the user is directed to a page https://calendly.com/cancellationsEntering a cancelation reason and selecting “cancel event”, the page clears and the same page is displayed again, the event is not cancelled, there are no cancellation notifications. This is not a Google Calendar thing as the fault happens on a Calendly page.Tested across 3 different accounts and it is consistent.  

I would like to request again that Calendly adds an option for users to choose whether the calendar week starts on Monday or Sunday.As a UK user, I find it frustrating that in 2026 the backend calendar still shows the US-style Sunday-start week, even though the client-facing booking view appears to start on Monday. That inconsistency makes managing bookings and availability more confusing than it should be. I have changed the wrong availability more than once because I naturally read the calendar as starting on Monday, only to realise afterwards that I had marked myself unavailable on the wrong date.I actually raised this feature request myself a year or two ago, so it is disappointing that nothing seems to have happened since. I also know other users have asked for the same thing, so this is clearly not a new or isolated request. Hi,I want to create a invite-link in Calendly that each person can use three times. So each person is a unique individual who can book three appointments, but I want the same link to be shared with multiple people.  Is that possible?Gr Helga

I have a huge problem: my calendar is making all time slots available, regardless of whether they are already blocked in the connected calendars or have already been booked. Within a very short time, dozens of double bookings have occurred, and I have now had to take the calendar offline.According to the chat, a support ticket is supposedly being created, but that is not working. No ticket is actually being created or displayed, so I am not receiving any support.What am I supposed to do?

If I have a managed workflow attached to a managed event, but I want to drop off the text reminder for cancelation and replace that with a custom text reminder for cancelation for one user, is that possible? And if so, do I just delete the attached managed workflow and add a new text reminder?

First of all, thanks for launching an MCP server that supports OAuth 2.1 + DCR !We’re integrating with Calendly’s hosted MCP server from our web application (Babelbeez). In our current implementation, we perform dynamic client registration once per provider/environment and then cache that OAuth client registration for reuse, rather than creating a new OAuth client registration for each end user. Each of our users still completes their own OAuth consent flow and receives their own separate access/refresh tokens.We wanted to confirm whether, from Calendly’s side, this shared app identity has any implications at the application level — for example around app-wide rate limits, auditing/analytics, revocation/invalidating the client registration, or any compliance/trust considerations when many end users authorize the same registered application.Is this usage pattern acceptable/recommended on your side, and are there any provider-level limits or caveats we should be aware of?Thanks!  

Hi there,  We are trialing calendly for our organization and are trying to get it to connect to our on prem Exchange 2019 server. I have checked and we have correctly whitelisted all traffic from the calendly IP list provided at https://ip-whitelist.calendly.com/ ; We pass all connection tests on the microsoft connectivity analyser; but when I try to connect with my exchange email and password, whether or not I fill in the Server URL and Domain and Username, it always fails. We are not seeing any connection attempts on our edge proxies.Thanks!

Does Calendly support configuring overlapping availability windows (e.g., 8:00–12:00, 10:00–2:00, 12:00–4:00), or is there a recommended way to offer these types of scheduling options?

I recently set up a calendar event. When I went to set the date range, the option was gone. I can only adjust the number of days into the future with # of hours notice. I am not able to customize with a date range without it impacting my other calendar events. Appreciate any insight.

Hello All,Recently my Calendly link is no longer working. I suspect it has to do with the URL, whenever I remove the end bit (containing the date) I can refresh the link and it will work.That being said, constantly refreshing/editing links is a hassle, and hard to communicate through to people interacting with the link for the first time.How can I fix this?

 Someone calling themselves a legitimate business to send fake invitations for who knows what. Anything I can do to stop this?
