Admin managed custom "locations"

Hi,I’m a psuedo-dev and have done extensive work to integrate Calendly to our HaloPSA platform. I’m working on an idea that’ll centralize all meetings booked in Calendly to the specific relevant client’s Microsoft Teams channel instead of it being a personal meeting.The basic idea is to have a custom location listed as “Clients Teams Channel” or something that we would use on specific meeting types across the org, a webhook from Calendly at the time of booking triggers an external process that spins up the Teams meeting in that channel and then updates the invite sending the update to all users.My question is if one of the following is possibleFrom the Admin section can we define a custom location and make it available to be chosen added to the specific event types by the team members, or do they have to create a new “Custom” location for each person/each meeting Is it possible we can override the Event Type settings with query parameters in the link (I saw something like this was a ne

Poll schedule not showing all available dates on smartphone

Just as the title says, if I open the event poll on a smartphone browser like Chrome, it just shows the first three dates. It's basically like the desktop view, just that scrolling doesn't adds further events to the end of the list. Since most people nowadays use their smartphone to browse, that seems to be a major oversight to me. I am astonished that I didn't find anything about that problem on here.

Availability not updating

I am working on updating my availability via the Calendly site and it is not updating on my event booking page. Here is what I didAvailability tab on the left hand side Date-specific hours Added my dates and hit the unavailable button Hit applyIt show on my event booking page as available. Add rule to limit / set maximum number of meetings of a type per week (please)

I have appreciated the ability to limit the number of meetings of a certain type that can be scheduled per day (under ‘additional rules for your availability’)… but would LOVE to be able to also limit the number of meetings of a certain type per week. My situation… for 2024 I have a personal goal to host a new acquaintance for lunch once a week… but afraid if I use my standard lunch Calendly invite with this group, I could end up with multiple in the same week… and I would prefer not to have to manually block my calendar to do so.

Availability not working

I go on my availability to block off time. But the time I block off still shows that I'm available on Calendly. I sync my external calendars but they don’t sync. Is there anything I can do to change that? Please help.

Hi! I just spent quite a lot of time trying to find the calendar view in the availability tab, which I had just been using two days ago. I see from the updates that the UI changed yesterday. I would really like the calendar view back, if possible!

Hi everyone, I need to allow two people to book appointments in the same time slot (i.e. have two appointments at the same time). However, I can't find the option to enable multiple bookings per slot in the scheduling settings.

Help! The Availability Tab disappeared from my account page. I can’t access my schedule. Not sure if it disappeared due to 365 Outlook update? My calendar is wide open to the public now, without the accurate schedule. I need access to the Availability Tab asap!

Why I am being included in all appointments scheduled for one of my team members?

I work in a university office and my academic advising staff and I all have a round robin calendar for scheduling individual appointments with students, integrated with Outlook and Zoom. It seems to be working well overall, but for only one member of the team, every time she is set  up with an appointment it also shows up on my Outlook calendar (as a meeting between the student, the advisor, and me!) What the heck is going on, and what do I have to reconfigure to stop it?

How do I block out a time on a specific day?

With your new update it seems like there is no availability to block out appointment times. I need to do this on an almost daily basis. How can this be done easily and simply? For example, if my calendar says I am available for booking all Thursdays from 3-4:00 pm, and this Thursday (and this Thursday only) that spot is now unavailable due to an in-person meeting (not someone booking through calendly)

Zoom Integration

I am hosting two webinars this month through zoom. When we created the registration dates in Calendly, we integrated Zoom. When we did this, it automatically connected our zoom MEETING link. I did not realize that with each webinar date, there is another link for EACH webinar date. I am needing for the zoom integration to have each date correspond correctly but it is taking me straight to my zoom MEETING link instead of my zoom WEBINAR link. Any help?

Calendly for Mac OS (menu bar)

There used to be an app for Mac OS that placed easy access to my Calendly links in the menu bar. I had it installed on my old Intel laptop and M1 Mac mini. I recently got a new MacBook Pro and was wanting to install this app but it seems all mention of it has disappeared. Am I missing something?

Adding more slots once all are booked

Here’s what I’m trying to do:Offer a weekly window (10-12 Fridays) in which people can book 15 minute meetings. To keep the meetings in a continuous block, you can only book the 10.15am once the 10am is booked, the 10.30 once the 10.15 is booked and so on. Once the 11.45 is booked, no more bookings can be made.Does Calendly have the options available to facilitate this?

Is it possible to have different titles for given dates within the same event type?

I’m using calendly to manage appointments in a community clinic, where there’s a different person working in each service every week. Our clients usually don’t care who is the provider in a given week, but sometimes there’s an issue with it, so we want to be able to include a note with the staff on site every week - but still have it managed in a single event type. Is there an elegant way of doing this?

Synchronization from Google to Calendly

Good morning,I am in the Free offerSynchronization with Google calendar works: when a person makes an appointment, it is displayed in my Google calendar, if they cancel it the appointment is mentioned as canceled.On the other hand, if I postpone the appointment in the Google calendar or duplicate the appointment, the person is not informed and the Meetings dashboard is not up to date.Is this normal?Thanks in advance for your advice Lionel

Users getting an error when booking

I’m a teacher using Calendly to allow other teachers to book times for my class.  I’ve never encountered this issue in the past couple of years but the first attempt this school year, some of my teachers are getting an error message saying “oops, something went wrong”.  I personally witnessed this and attempted to use an incognito window or different browser with no luck.  At least two of my teachers experienced this today, while others are fine.  Any ideas what might be going on?  Thanks in advance for any help!

Date-specific hours/Date overrides have disappeared from Availability menu in account settings

I went to add a date override today and I could not do it. I tried on my phone and PC, and the option was not there.This is a disaster for me, as I have irregular and frequently changing availability. This is urgently impacting me and for now I have to stop using calendly.What has changed and is there any fix? Or am I simply missing something?I understand that you can add custom days off using the “time off” feature but I need to change my available hours on a weekly basis. Picture from my phone but the same thing happens on my PC.

Can I stop buffers showing up in my synced Outlook calendar?

Up until recently synced Calendly meetings would show in my Outlook calendar in their allocated times, with a buffer simply showing as unallocated time. For example, two 1 hour meetings from 12pm would show up as two 50-minute meetings: the first starting at 12pm and finishing at 12:50pm, and the second starting at 1pm and finishing 1:50pm.However these buffer times are now showing up in my Outlook calendar, in between these meetings (as if they were meetings themselves. The ‘meeting’ description provides the following information:This is an automatic 10-minute buffer that was created after your Directioneering: 1:1 Coaching Session (Virtual) event. Edit or delete this buffer: https://calendly.com/app/scheduled_events/user/me?period=upcoming&uuid=6785dc0e-de44-4cda-9d92-f628853ddac0 Please note that editing this buffer time in this calendar will not sync changes back to Calendly. Buffers

I have buffers set 30 minutes before and after scheduled meetings. I just updated my event so people cannot schedule indefinitely into the future. All of a sudden Calendly has begun adding the buffers to my calendar. See below.I want Calendly to buffer meetings but I do not want to see these buffer times on my calendar. It never did that before but has started doing it. How can I stop this?

"If I make a change in the workflow, such as adding additional reminders, will this be applied to the existing appointments, or will it only take effect from the time the change is made for the subsequent new appointments?"
