How can I book events that are accepted by telephone, for example, into the calendar myself so that this appointment is already reserved?

Great question. The really easy way to do this is to just open up the Calendly event link like your invitee would and enter their information for them. This way it gets added to your calendar correctly, the invitee gets the confirmation booking, and any normal workflows you’ve got setup continue to work.
