client does not receive an email nor does anything show in their calendar about the scheduled meeting. I received notice as usual and they received the text message yet no email (yes they checked spam, junk)

In these cases, I’d recommend reaching out to our support team as they would be able to take a closer look at what might be going on with their email. You can either chat in or email support@calendly.com - they can dig into it from there!
