Hitting a roadblock and could use some help. We have a spa event which includes 3 event types to register for...botox, facials, and chair massages. All event operate during the same time period 11am-3pm. I need to set my calendar up so that people can register for each service but without blocking the time out for all day. In other words if someones picks 1pm for botox I still need 1pm available for facials and chair massage. Please help and THANK YOU!

Hello,When we send a request to the /shares endpoint with a Round Robin Event URI such as:{ "event_type": "https://api.calendly.com/event_types/the-relevant-uri"}the host availability is overwritten or not respected, even though the request does not override the values set in the Event Type. My reading of the documentation, particularly:Note: Any parameter which is not provided in the request body will be copied from the target event type. would suggest that the availability in the Event Type should be used.  We’re not seeing that. Currently we have hosts who’s earliest availability is 8AM Pacific, but just had an event book for 6am Pacific.  What are we doing wrong? 

I’m in the process of setting up Calendly at my site.  My site designer asked me for a link to do so.  But I’m not sure what she’s asking for.  Please clarify what to send.  

I am trying to use the calendars to book 10 different carts of laptops in different classrooms in at different times of day, often concurrently. I signed up for the teams plan and created 10 calendars with the class period times as bookable options. It seems though that I cannot have 2 carts booked for the same period. As soon as one time is booked it disappears on other calendars. I used the duplicated function when creating the calendars but I renamed them individually. Does anyone have advice?

Hi there,One of Calendly’s bugs that we’re experiencing is this:If a person successfully reschedules a Calendly event that has a Zoom meeting attached to it, Calendly never DELETES the original Zoom meeting from Zoom.com.Calendly successfully adds the new Zoom meeting to Zoom.com, but it never deletes the old Zoom meeting that is no longer valid anymore.This is a real problem when trying to use the Zoom app for iPhone/iPad/Mac, or trying to log into the Zoom website — because Zoom keeps a calendar of all Zoom events and will continually try to alert us to these events which Calendly erroneously left behind.This same bug happens when a person CANCELS a Calendly event (instead of rescheduling). Zoom still shows that the Zoom meeting still exists.Can Calendly please fix this bug?Thank you!

My subscription was paused but when I resumed, it showed "Billing server error. Please try again"I tried adding and changing address and credit card information but it is still showing the same error.I have also mailed at [removed by moderator] but received no further communication from the team.

Is it possible to change the backdrop color of a link when it's shared on mobile? Currently, it appears as pink, but I’d like to update it to blue. However, I can’t seem to find an option to modify this in the branding settings. 

Hello!I noticed a small bug in the Phone Field in Routing Forms.Basically, even though the field correctly detects my country, it doesn’t automatically add the country code, just the +. So when the user starts writing his phone number on it, he is forced to first write his or her country code. Otherwise, it will change the country.I’ve recorded a quick video showing what I mean:https://www.loom.com/share/ca2d72c96fef433c9c879912aad6c43aThe same issue happens with the Phone Field in regular scheduling forms: the user’s country is pre-selected, but the country code is not pre-filled. I am using Calendly where our clients can book a teams meeting directly in my calendar. It had been working smoothless within the last 5 years, but suddenly yesterday and the day before, i have had two incidents where in the teams meeting invitation there was no link to the meeting. Not in the outlook meeting on my calendar, and same situation for the person who booked the meeting. In other situations it is working fine. I have never experienced this before, as everything has been workting smooth. What can be the issue?  Thank you.

I have set up my calendly and everything works fine except the phone number My calendly meeting place is a phone call. When the prospect fills in their phone number is they don’t add the +1 for the United states the number will not show up correctlyIs there a setting where they don’t have to input the +1 I only ask because the vast majority of my prospects do not type in the +1 and the format of the number comes in messed up So it might look like 5 (156) 234567instead of +1 [removed by moderator] The plus one at the begining of it is messing up the number format I appreciate any kind of help Thank you

We would like to plan an event with 5 employees. This event runs from Tuesday to Thursday (working hours on Tuesday and Wednesday from 09:30–17:30 and on Thursday from 09:30–15:30).Each day, three different employees are responsible for holding meetings. The meetings are scheduled in 30-minute intervals for each employee at the same time.Which event type should we choose so that different customers can book an appointment with the three colleagues at the same time? And how should it be set up so that the appointments can be booked simultaneously?

Hi, I teach piano. I would like for my students to book the same time each week and pay monthly without either of us having to go in and change it.   How can I set up the payment method for monthly payments instead of per booking or weekly payments?

Need help managing our meetings - we’re not seeing the attendees name and email address showing up as formal attendees - typically the invite will only show the owner of the meeting and no attendee(s). Why is this happening?It works on my calendar, but not for my team. Is there something in settings causing this? Thoughts suggestions? 

I cerated custom booking kinks, however used the “group meeting” option, thinking it would allow guests to be added.  Just learned that this is only possible with 1: 1 meeting option. Rather than start all over again, can I just edit the existing booking link to be 1 on 1 meeting?

Hi all,Our company is based in Saudi Arabia, and everyone’s week here starts on Sunday. Yet all of our booking pages start on Monday. 

I’m testing Notetaker… I would like to hide (or minimize) the Notetaker tile during Google Meet sessions. The tile was taking up 1/3 of the screen in a 2 person meeting. I selected “don’t watch” but still saw the tile as the host. It did not show up in the recap recording though. Thoughts?

Hi,When using the Calendly-Zoom integration, I'm experiencing an issue where rescheduling or canceling a Calendly event does not properly sync with Zoom:Rescheduling: When I reschedule an event in Calendly, a new Zoom meeting is created for the new time, but the original Zoom meeting remains active and is not deleted. Cancellation: When I cancel an event in Calendly, the associated Zoom meeting is not canceled or deleted from my Zoom account.Environment:Calendly Teams  Native Calendly-Zoom integration 

Hello,I have already looked into this and found that issues can occur when updating payment details, as Calendly processes payments directly via Stripe.In my case, I keep receiving an error message stating that the card’s security code (CVC) is incorrect — even though I am not asked to enter the security code at all, only the card number and expiration date. I would like to update my payment details because I need to add a different payment method for billing, as I now have a new business account.

I use several Calendly event types and sometimes bookings overlap even when availability should block them. What is the best way to make sure users cannot double-book different event types at the same time?

Hi, I’m a paid Calendly user with multiple calendars connected.My Calendly account is registered with one email address, but for a specific event I’ve selected a different calendar (Gmail) as the “calendar to add events to.”Meetings can be booked successfully, but the events don’t appear in either Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar.Is adding events to a calendar that’s not associated with the Calendly login email supported, or does this setup require additional configuration?

I am experiencing a critical and intermittent issue with a Round Robin event type.The Problem: It’s not happening with every bookin. the assigned host is not receiving an email notification and the event is not being added to their Google Calendar. Meanwhile, the invitee receives everything perfectly (Zoom link, confirmation email).This has already caused us to miss calls because the host simply didn't know the event existed.Key Details: Event Type: Round Robin (2 seats). Status: Some events sync perfectly; others simply never reach the host's inbox or calendar. Since the invitee is successfully notified, the trigger is firing, but it seems to be failing specifically on the host-side delivery for random instances.Is anyone else experiencing this intermittent sync failure this month? Is there a fix to ensure 100% reliability for host notifications?

Hi,We need to set up per-host ceilings in a round robin through the API.In other words, as we create the round robin event via the API, we would like to instruct that for this event, agent A cannot have more than X appointments in total and agent B, no more than Y appointments in total (on the same round robin event).This limitation prevents us from using the round robin feature (which is why we haven't yet upgraded to a higher plan which would include round robin).I’d be happy to provide more context for you if needed.
