Just today, July 15th, when I scheduled one of my students, it said they needed to verify a number sent via text message. I schedule for my students when they aren’t present - they ask for a meeting and I set it up on my end. This means I can’t be verifying text messages. If I do NOT verify it, it says they won’t receive text reminders for the meeting. I need them to receive these - no one reads emails. I saw this: https://calendly.com/help/how-to-send-text-messages-with-workflowsHow can I make sure students still get text reminders if I can’t do the verification each time. Is it EACH TIME? That feels insane to me.

Hello! I’ve seen two previous questions on this topic, both with links to articles that are no longer there. Is there an updated link or guide for how to do this?

Hi,I reported the issue of not being able to reconnect Calendly to Salesforce on the 25th. On the 26th I got a response saying a temp fix had been deployed. This fix did not work for us, so we were asked to wait for a final fix that cam later the same day. This fix did not work either, and we are still not able to reconnect the integration. I reported this as a response in the same day. Since then, I’ve been in a loop where I get responses from your support, but they just say they are waiting for a response from the Engeneering department.I would appreciate a confirmation that this is still being looked at, as we’re closing up on one week of downtime, and this is impacting our business.

One of my Google Calendars isn’t syncing with just one of my Meeting Types. I have troubleshooting everything I know how to do and that includes everything that the new AI assistant has told me to do. I have asked for a live person to help and nobody has responded. Nothing is working and my clients are double booking on my calendar. Help!

British Columbia has adopted permanent UTC−7 beginning November 1, 2026. This is already an issue for anyone scheduling Calendly appointments that take place after that date.During my testing, I confirmed that Calendly is continuing to treat British Columbia as part of “Pacific Time – US & Canada”, which follows U.S. Pacific daylight saving rules. For example, I scheduled a 9:00 AM meeting in British Columbia for November 6, 2026. The booking page correctly showed 9:00 AM, but the event was added to my Google Calendar as 10:00 AM.I’ve reported this to Calendly Support, and they’ve confirmed that this is not expected behavior and that it’s been escalated to their product and engineering teams for investigation.I’m posting here because this affects anyone scheduling appointments with people in British Columbia after November 1, 2026, not just my account. If you’re in British Columbia, or regularly schedule meetings with people in British Columbia, I recommend testing a booking after No

Hi Calendly Support,I'm writing about an ongoing issue with my account. Several of my real, returning clients are being blocked when they try to book an appointment. They used my scheduling page without any problem before, and now it fails. What clients see:    •    The page keeps loading and no available times appear.    •    After a few minutes it asks them to refresh the session, and the same thing happens again.    •    Finally they get this message: "This booking cannot be completed. For security reasons, we are not able to finalize this booking from your current session."Error code shared by one of my clients:tid-rb-236ac2a3-a91f-40fe-b157-0d2a33476e63It is happening to several clients, some of them coworkers who may be booking from the same network. They are genuine clients, not spam. This is affecting my business directly, since clients cannot book their appointments. Thank you for your help.Best regards,Sofía Zabala

Hello. I cant change my organizator profile picture… I tried everything. I have my account and have classic profile picture, but event organizator is just empty... Please help...

We have a group of about 40 calendars where a round robin event has to grab availability and who’s next to get an intro meeting with a person using our experience. As soon as the person views the monthly calendar, it takes 20-30 seconds to load availability. If they go to the next month, it again takes 20-30 seconds to load the calendar. We’re tied to Outlook calendars and I imagine that is the reason for the extreme slowness. Are there ways to configure Calendly or our integration with Outlook to speed this up?

We have quite a few clients that do not have email addresses due to age or they just do not want to supply us with an email address.  In that instant how would we add them to the contact lists?

Hi! I work at a higher ed institution in the advising department. I have a team of 6 advisors that use calendly. There are 5 different events that students can schedule (priority registration, continuing student registration, new student registration, general, and academic probation). The routing page asks the type of appointment, their major, if they are currently enrolled, and if they are a special population. My routing answers are correct and list the correct meeting type I want the students routed to. However, this is not happening correctly due to how the events are listed on the logic page. My question is, is there a way around this so that students are routed based on their answers? For example - when a student selects general meeting, their major, they are currently enrolled, and a special population, it routes them to a Priority Registration Appt instead of a General Meeting appt since the Priority Registration Appt is listed first in the logic.  Any help/guidance would be ap

I have emailed numerous times to cancel our plan dating back to october 2025 and have not had a reply from customer service!! How do i talk to an actual person to get a refund and this resolved?

Hi,When a client tries to schedule a session, they receive an email from Calendly that says, "Your authentication code." “To confirm this email address is correct, copy and paste this code to complete the two-factor authentication. When clients paste the code, it doesn’t go through.Pls help.

My Meta pixel is currently linked to Calendly.. as you can see in the screenshot below all of my events are showing page view. But they should be showing. ●    invitee_scheduling_page    ●    invitee_select_day    ●    invitee_select_time    ●    invitee_meeting_scheduledI’m having an issue with Calendly’s Meta Pixel integration. My Meta Pixel ID is connected to Calendly and Meta Events Manager is receiving Calendly events. The pixel is correctly receiving PageView, and Meta Events Manager is also showing the Calendly event invitee_event_type_page as Active. However, after completing an actual Calendly booking, I’m not seeing the expected invitee_meeting_scheduled event.I’ve tested both:    ●    A direct Calendly scheduling URL    ●    Calendly embedded on my website/funnelThe Meta Pixel Validator detects my pixel on the public Calendly scheduling page, and Meta Events Manager shows the pixel receiving activity from calendly.com. What I’m trying to determine is whether invitee_meeting_sch

I was invited to join a Calendly team plan for one project using my work email address. I’ve now started a second project with a different organization, and they’ve asked me to create a free Calendly account so I can set up a booking page for interviews. Both projects use different organizations, but I understand that my work email address can only be associated with one Calendly account. My question is: since my existing Calendly account is part of a team plan that is paid for by the first organization, would the first organization be billed for the booking page I create and use for the second project? If not, how do I set up a booking page so that the first organization is not billed for activities of my second project?I want to make sure the second project doesn’t inadvertently create a charge for the organization that pays for my existing team plan. Any clarification would be appreciated!

Hi Calendly Developer Community,We are currently integrating Calendly webhooks and REST APIs into our custom backend workflow system to automatically handle event scheduling triggers, invitee status updates, and calendar synchronization. As user activity grows and scheduling volume spikes during peak hours, we want to ensure our infrastructure handles incoming webhook payloads reliably without running into rate-limiting bottlenecks or dropped event packets.- For developers managing high-volume Calendly webhook integrations, what are the best practices for setting up retry logic, queue management, and server-side validation (like signature verification) to keep data secure and efficient?- Are there specific error-handling patterns you recommend when an external endpoint temporarily fails to respond to a webhook trigger?Would appreciate any technical insights or architectural tips from fellow developers!

Legacy plan. Have used this plan and zoom links have been included, I get message now saying i need to interate zoom but when I click it says its not an option with my plan.

Has anyone found a reliable way to trigger an automation when someone submits a Calendly routing form but doesn’t complete the booking? I’d like to follow up with those leads without manually checking which submissions never turned into meetings.

A question at community[dot]calendly[dot]com/how-do-i-40/appointments-from-calendly-are-not-adhering-to-my-default-outlook-reminder-notice-2960asks a question similar to mine, but I want Calendly to automatically set appointment reminders to 24 hours, as is the default interval for my Outlook setup.  How do I achieve that?

Hi Calendly Support,I’m having trouble connecting Calendly to my Salesforce sandbox org. Here is what I’ve checked so far: I have System Admin access in Salesforce. The required Calendly permission sets are assigned to my user. The Calendly package is installed (v2.6). I tried connecting from an Incognito/private browser window, but it didn't help. This issue started right after our sandbox was upgraded to the Salesforce Winter '27 release.I’ve attached a screenshot of the error message for reference. Could you please take a look and advise on how to resolve this? Thanks!

How to find my personal access token in Calendly?

I want to go to my contacts and view a client . Then see ALL future meetings they have booked with me in a future meetings list

Hi there, since today, we received a notification for 5 of our Calendly accounts asking us to check the connection for the existing Salesforce integration for the respective Salesforce org. Unfortunately, we are unable to establish the connection for any of the accounts, and we are receiving an error message indicating that there is a problem. I would appreciate a response, as we’ve not yet received any reply to the support ticket and (as mentioned) 5 accounts are affected. Thanks and regards, Jasmin

I have clients who I book multiple sessions with at a time. (Examples: Clients I meet weekly, at the same day/time each week for several weeks in a row; Clients that I need to bulk schedule several meetings for on different days/times for a project [of a particular event type]; Self-booking clients who have paid for a certain number of sessions; etc.)How can I do this in one action, and not have to go through the whole scheduling process over, and over, and over each time I need to schedule the same client for multiple meetings? Thank you!

Hello, I have a few questions. I am a real estate agent and I created a Calendly account to manage my property viewing appointments. My first question is: Can I reserve specific days exclusively for certain neighborhoods? I have already created multiple "events" to differentiate my neighborhoods, but I couldn't find a way to "lock" or restrict specific days to a particular event. Second question: Can I invite my colleague to my calendar and set up a system (using colors or different profiles) to say, for example, "I am taking this day, and she is taking that day"? I also need her to receive her appointment notifications directly in HER own inbox. Is this possible? Third question: Can I make SMS reminders mandatory? I did a test booking, and the SMS reminder was optional (if I didn't fill out the phone number field a second time for SMS, I didn't get a reminder). I really need this to be required because prospects don't check their emails often when an appointment is coming up.Here is a
