Problemas de Sincronización con Google Calendar

Hola. Desde hace algún tiempo ya no sincroniza Calendly con mi Google Calendar. He desvinculado 3 veces, pero nada. Sigue sin funcionar. A alguien más le pasa?

BonjourJe constate que certains professionnels ont un bouton “Rendez-vous” sur leur fiche Google qui pointe vers leur agenda Calendly.Malgré le fait d’avoir renseigné sur Google business  le lien vers mon agenda Calendly, je ne vois pas apparaître ce bouton “Rendez-vous”. Pour quelle raison ? Merci par avance pour vos réponses.

Bonjour, Est-ce qu’il y a une façon de supprimer complètement des réusions qui sont déjà passées. Je désire repartir à une date fixe et je veux supprimer les réusions qui ont eu lieu avant cette date.Merci

Feature Request: No Late Reschedules

I’d like to request a feature: an option to not allow rescheduling within a certain time window (e.g., 24 hours). I love that clients can reschedule themselves, AND I have a policy that requires clients to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges. I would love to be able to not allow late reschedules, so they would have to cancel the session and reach out to me directly or schedule a new event.

Hello, I have an event and made time slots available as you can see in the screenshot below, yet the calendar says "No times in July" and I have no idea why. Can you tell me how I can make all the time slots show up? Here's the link to the calendar

Booking for Clients - TEXT REMINDERS

I tend to book my clients’ follow-up appointments for them from my contacts page, but when I do this, there isn’t a spot to add in a phone number (even though my client has already given their number). Because of this, my clients do not receive reminder text messages that I have set up. Can Calendly add in a space to add a phone number so that they will receive these messages? They don’t sign up themselves because these are recurring appointments, which you ALSO do not offer. Them not receiving text reminders is an issue. If Calendly could just include the phone number section regardless of which way people book, that would be ideal. I understand they have to opt in, but there isn’t even an option on the back end.

Problème de synchronisation entre créneaux outlook et calendly

Bonjour, Je suis nouvelle dans l’utilisation de calendly. J’ai pris la version gratuite. Il y a quelques mois j’ai créé un évènement en one-to-one et n’ai pas eu de difficulté à le connecter à mon agenda outlook. J’ai désactivé ce premier évènement et en ai créé un nouveau avec de nouvelles plages de date et créneaux. Mes créneaux choisis sont bien présents dans le calendrier calendly mais ne s’affichent pas dans mon lien de présentation comme si aucune date n’était disponible. Je n’ai qu’un seul calendrier utilisé. Comment faites-vous le lien entre les créneaux choisis dans calendly et leur affichage dans votre calendrier outlook ? Se créent-ils tous seuls dans outlook une fois définis dans Calendly ou bien faut-il créer des RDV récurrents dans outlook ? Si oui faut-il les créer d’une façon particulière ?Je vous remercie par avance pour votre aide, car après y avoir passer de nombreuses heures et avoir écumé pas mal de tutos je suis toujours coincée !

Hi,After one year of use I have to conclude that I loose clients because of the payment methode.Calendly blocks our European ways of paying. Mosts clients don’t have creditcards here!So please, why can’t you allow paying with Bancontact in the Stripe connection?URGENT!

Hi thereAll of a sudden calendly is not syncing with my calendar. I have followed suggestions in threads of the same issue (eg. unsyncing, resyncing and then emailing support with screenshots). I haven’t heard back from support and would really like this issue fixed.How do I escalate for resolution?

Setting up conference room with Microsoft 365 Groups

We have a single conference room that may need to be booked by multiple users.  According to https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/12303248557719-How-to-schedule-with-conference-room, we decided to buy a paid seat on Calendly for the conference room.  The calendar for the conference room also needs to be visible to everyone in our organization with the ability to manually add events.  We use Office 365 and created a Group called Conference Room that is accessible by everyone and has the email address conferenceroom@company.com.We then created the Calendly user conferenceroom@company.com - but cannot figure out how to connect the Group calendar to this user in Calendly.  The Group has an email address but does not seem to have a separate Office 365 login, as it is accessed via the individual users’ accounts.  We need to link the Group calendar so Calendly can (1) check availability and (2) add events to the calendar.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated!  Thank you!

Multiple durations

I just left Youcanbookme and was able to set multiple durations on the same booking page with them - I noticed a lot of people asking about a year or two ago whether they can do this with Calendly also but at the time the response was that you couldn’t and to setup multiple events or create a landing page. People will be clicking through from an email and I want to avoid extra clicks to avoid losing them - is this possible yet and if not, are you able to give a rough guide as to when you plan to incorporate it please?

Multiple Email Reminders in Workflow

Can we set up multiple email reminders and/or multiple text messages within the same Workflow?The Workflow does not allow me to send an initial email to the client upon the scheduling of an event, then a follow-up email reminder an hour before the event starts.

Hello,when people try to book a meeting they see this error: Oops, something went wrong.Your meeting request could not be finalized with this host. If you feel you've reached this message in error, please reach out to support with below error code.  Even when I try to preview the booking page here in Calendly and try to schedule a test event I see the same error.Has anyone seen similar problem? Some Time Slots Missing on Certain Days – Not Showing as Expected

Hi everyone,I'm experiencing a recurring issue with Calendly where some of the available time slots I’ve configured for specific days are not showing up correctly for invitees. For example, I’ve set up availability every second Wednesday for 6 slots:07:00-07:4008:00-08:4011:00-11:4012:00-12:4013:00-13:4015:00-15:40but only a few slots appear on some days, on other days all are visible without a clear reason. Please note that there’s no calendar connected to it.Here’s what I’ve already checked: Buffer times: I reviewed and adjusted the buffer times before and after events. Daily limit: There’s no daily maximum number of events set. Multiple event types: I checked for overlapping slots with other event types. Time zones: Time zones are correct for both myself and the invitees. Custom hours: I looked into whether specific dates had custom availability overriding the default – didn’t find anything unusual. How to get 2 Calendly Calenders to Talk to One Another

Bonjour, Je voudrais permettre à l’intégralité de mes clients de réserver le même créneau. Je suis le seul à avoir accès au Calendly, et j’ai une équipe de +100 personnes. Je me charge de dispatcher les réservations de créneaux à mon équipes. Il faudrait donc que le même créneau puisse être réservé un nombre infini de fois. Comment faire? Merci pour votre aide.

SMS reminder

Hello,May I ask for your help :I notice that when I planify a meeting with an invitee that is already registred in my contacts, he doesn’t receive the sms reminder of the upcoming meeting.The contact is fully registred (= name, email, phone number). Note that the sms reminder is sent if the event is booked by the invitee himself. Can you tell how to send the sms reminder if I book the meeting myself for my invitee ?Thank you
